I booked this double room online for a more affordable alternative to the pricey Manhattan hotels, especially during the time between Christmas and New Years. Not expecting any more than the minimum, I was pleasantly surprised to be shown service above and beyond the minimum through out our stay. Every employee we encountered was excellent. Not just in service but in...

We chose this location as it was far cheaper than staying in Manhattan and has great transport links. Subway station is just round the corner and it takes about 15-20 min to get to Times Square. Room is basic but clean and we spent hardly any time there. Staff were helpful when moving rooms due to noise from the ice...

We stayed here for 5 nights. It's a very nice clean hotel. The staff were very friendly, always a smile. Breakfast was quite good, really nice doughnuts, I don't usually have them for breakfast but I just thought oh why not I'm in New York. The room was good, very clean and great shower, lots of hot water. They was...

I can absolutely not recommend this hotel. On check in there were the first problems. Although the reservation existed we could not be checked in. There were supposedly problems with the credit card. I use the credit for each reservation and had never had any problems. Luis made a new reservation, with which the credit card worked. After 10 minutes...

It's comforting and nice to feel safe and secure. It's good good front desk service and it's a clean property. There is accessible parking and if you need something they will deliver it to your room immediately.

The room was pretty small and older but kept clean. This is a great alternative to staying in much more expensive alternatives. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Walking to the subway very late at night did feel a little bit "off" but the area seemed safe enough.

I didn't enjoy my stay at this property particularly. It's a budget hotel. The rooms are small but the biggest issue is the noise. From traffic, the subway and construction sites. Really noisy all the time. The breakfast is ridiculous. There are five tables in the lobby at the breakfast time for five floors of guest. You stand to eat....

I lived in Queens for a long time, so I know a thing or 2 about the place. This is NOT a quality place to stay at all! It is surrounded by construction, and so it is loud. There is also nothing conveniently located (like places to eat, bars or delis) other than the subway. It is close to that,...

As of October 2016, it was extremely noisy at the hotel - in addition to the nearby elevated subway, there were two construction sites next to the hotel, on both sides. Stay only if you don't care about extreme noise. Other cons: Very small breakfast area, we had to wait for seats. Not a very friendly neighborhood, especially at night....

We used to stay at the Verve, which is now a homeless shelter for women, so we switched to the Quality Inn. It was just great. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are helpful and knowledgable. We had a double room, and each bed had three fluffy pillows, and an enclosed duvet. The...
