Loved Suzanne the owner, the atmosphere of the home, and how warm and beautifully kept everything was! The bed was divine and the breakfast I believe is even better! Definetly one of my top 5 B&Bs! So if you are looking to get away this beautiful place is worth the drive! Historical places to visit close by are, a church...

We enjoyed our recent stay at Kilburn Manor. Our bed was comfortable, the air conditioner kept the room comfy cool, and Suzanne was a great hostess and cook, making a yummy breakfast before we went on our way. We actually went into the pool as well, a treat for a B & B. Malone was a good stopping point between...

We spent two days in Suzanne's house with a real pleasure. It's a warm place full of personality. If you want to turn back to ordinary and standardized vacation time choose this lovely bnb which is also a travel in local history, with an authentic and quiet atmosphere.

Wish we had known about this bed and breakfast sooner! This was a business trip, but staying at Kilburn Manor certainly blurs the line between business and pleasure. Walking up to the door, we were greeted by the smell of a row of blooming lilac trees, and the charm only continued from there--lovely interior decorations and furniture, a comfortable bedroom...

Kilburn Manor exceed all expectations. The house is a very beautiful Victorian on a quiet, pretty side street, in the middle of town but surrounded by its own woods. It is next door to the House of History, the local museum. Suzanne, the proprietor, has restored Kilburn Manor perfectly. All the rooms looked wonderful; there is also a large, comfortable...

My wife and I stayed in the Judges suite, just a simple stay to do some black Friday shopping. What a wonderful property. Lots of old character, and warmth. We really look forward to returning next year, perhaps maybe more often. Nice and quiet, and the Owner was very accommodating considering I was arriving on thanks giving.

We were travelling as a family of four one way, to drop the youngest daughter off at university on the east coast. This was a lovely way to recharge before another long driving day. The bedrooms were as advertised, we got the small room with two beds as well as a room with a queen bed, so the whole family...

We were in Malone for a show and wanted something a little more that a motel for the night. This property is lovely and the owner is very welcoming and friendly. There is also a nice outdoor pool, so bring your bathing suit. We were not pleased with the room we were given. I had booked a room on the...
