Rooms are spacious and clean. $20 parking fee. Breakfast closed early unannounced. Front desk didn’t answer numerous room calls. Filtered water in rooms along with kitchenettes. Pool and hot tub excellent, but only one entrance. Overall nice but service below average.

After a snafu caused my reservation to disappear, staff booked us into a king room on the first floor. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We had our service dog with us, she was welcomed with open arms. The hotel was busy, we were not at all concerned about COVID and had a great time socializing in the pool patio with some great people and had a drink and some take-out food. The only thing stopping me from giving this place a 5 star...trash all over the pool patio. Seems a lot of kids were at the pool and made a mess, towels everywhere and garbage on the ground. A quick sweeping and towel pick up, would have brought it up to a 5 star. Will visit again!

We had a nice 6 day stay here. It is fairly new, very clean, quiet and surrounded by the beautiful red rocks. Restaurants, gas and hiking trails are either walkable or a short drive. Uptown Sedona is approximately 5 miles north and a beautiful drive. The hotel staff was very accommodating and prompt when we requested extra pillows, towels, etc. The bartenders were great! Gabe was training, but did a wonderful job. He was very friendly and attentive. He always tried to accommodate the guest’s request. The breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. Everyday the chef had a different main entree served with turkey sausage…. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, frittatas, and made to order omelettes. They also provided a yogurt bar; a cold or hot cereal bar; a variety of bagels, breads and muffins; fresh fruit; along with coffee, tea, milk and juices. The large heated pool, hot tub and patio area were wonderful. 2 gas grills are also available to guests. Unfortunately, the gas fire pit was not working. The suite we stayed in needs a deadbolt on the main door. One morning as we were about to venture out for the day, housekeeping let some ladies into our room because it states “studio commons”. They assumed it was open to the public, I reported the incident to the front desk. Luckily, we were able to secure our bedroom at night with a deadbolt. The pillows were too soft, even the so called firm pillows. The bed was ok. A bit soft for us. We actually rotated the mattress, as we felt like we were sinking towards the middle and sleeping in a hole. That helped for a better night’s sleep. The thermostat had only one mode. It was set on 69, When the AC would turn on, the room would cool then a few minutes later, the heat would turn on. The room temperature was either too cold or too hot. The bathroom sink water pressure was awful. I reported the issue to the front desk. The $20 daily parking fee is ridiculous especially when you are already paying premium price for a room. Overall, we had a nice stay.

This place is just a brand new modern building in a quite and cosy area of Sedona with great and friendly people working there. The rooms are extremely spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a couple of days. It is more like a rented flat with concierge service than a hotel room since cleaning is not done on a daily basis. Breakfast is included and ok even if not very variegated. The pool is great and clean, so is the hot tub. The gym contains newest equipment with good variety. We very much enjoyed 5 days exploring this impressive area of red rocks.

The hotel did not meet expectations, especially considering how much it cost per night (~$400 which includes taxes and parking fee). It is peak season so I understand it will cost more. The person that checked us in was friendly and nice. The person that checked us out was not friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, dish soap, paper towels which was ver convenient. There’s a nice pool, jacuzzi and barbecue grill outside that looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it. The hotel location is good and provides a beautiful view. The bed was soft so my husband’s back and mine hurt everyday. I asked the front desk if they can switch out the mattress and they said they didn’t have an extra mattress. They did say they will see if there’s something they can do. We didn’t notice the difference since our back still hurt the net morning. Note when we got home we didn’t have any back pain after sleeping on our bed. As noted n the attached photo, the room should have been “tidied “ every other day. I was expecting to at least get a change of towels. That did not happen. The bathroom faucet had very slow water pressure. The breakfast looked pretty good but there was always a long line with one cook making the food. Our room was facing the th street on the 3rd floor and we could hear car traffic. The hotel itself looks like a typical chain hotel which I think does a dis service to the beauty of Sedona. Every other structure in the village fits the theme and look of Sedona. I think the policy of cleaning every 6th day for a 7 night stay is ridiculous. Why would you clean the room two days before checkout for that length of stay. Note Hilton hotels at least offers housekeeping service upon request.

We are so happy with Hotel Element in Sedona trip. The efficiency style is perfect for our traveling family and the Kitchette is fully stocked with anything you needed. Laundry room, spacious lobby with adequate seating, lobby bar, and patio with outdoor pool all great amenities. The complimentary breakfast has been one of the best, and fortunately started early at 6am, which worked perfect for us East Coast folks. Omelette day was our favorite, though Chef Nate never disappointed! The hotel staff is very courteous and accommodating. And the location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very happy with the hotel and will be traveling to other Hotel Element hotels in the future.

Loved the hot breakfast each morning by Nat. The omelettes were our favorite and wished they had them more often. We were a large group and Nat was very helpful with planning some of our daily adventures. The variety in breakfast made it easy to accommodate our group.
