I first stayed at this property almost two years ago and it had just been acquired by Hilton. Currently getting there but still has some things to work out. ' Good: - convenient location, right off the Saw Mill, abundant parking - good quality breakfast, albeit a bit short staffed. For those complaining about prices, its cheaper than the local alternatives - this is Westchester County, not Buffalo - function room space was nice - was able to check in via mobile app and use my phone as a room key - and it worked EVERY SINGLE time, rare these days. I've had other properties where I've given up and gone back to the front desk to get a key card. Things to improve: -Wifi was spotty. While connection never dropped, streaming was problematic at best - the final morning I was not given the option to check out via mobile app nor sent an email to check out electronically. Furthermore, when I tried to check out at the front desk I was told I could not do so until I had eaten breakfast and entered the charge into the system. WTF ? You've got my card on file for incidentals , I've never had this problem in any other hotel. Luckily it was not busy. If there had been a line, I would have just walked out and called later. Don't know if its a training issue ( the clerk did not seem knowledgable ) or a systems issue.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here to visit local family, and my kids were infatuated with the place. Located within five minutes drive of Mt. Kisco Metro North station and the town center, the hotel provided a good base of operations for both a family visit in the area as well as trips to the city. There's a restaurant on-site (didn't try it but it had good customer reviews) as well as a small nook with snacks and drinks for sale, a fitness room, a couple microwaves, and a washer/dryer. There was also a pool with lifeguard that our kids loved and gave us an opportunity to tire out the kids. The rooms are pretty standard for your typical American hotel. They were clean and functional, though the furniture was a bit worn. Everything was in working order, including (vitally) the Keurig machine. There was a fridge as well. The beds were comfortable! There was a wedding there when we stayed, but we barely heard the other guests. There are two floors, and we stayed on the first one. The staff were always helpful with whatever we needed (forgotten toothbrush, extra towels for the pool, etc.). We saw that there's a shuttle service of some sort, though we didn't end up using it. My only complaint was that the Keurig machine only came with decaf coffee pods.

Bed was acceptable. Room is really dated. I was told the property is schedule for a remodel within the next year. Both breakfast and dinner were good, but really overpriced. But the worst part, and the reason for the poor review, is the internet is the worst. Less than 5mb download, and 0.25 upload. Calls to technical support and front desk didn't result in improvement. If you need internet while you're here, look for somewhere else. If you're okay with staying in a very outdated hotel and paying a premium for it, then I'd say go for it.

This is a Hilton Tapestry hotel. It shouldn’t be. The Tapestry line is generally a cut above, and something a bit unusual. This is just a generic hotel, nothing sufficiently special to warrant the Tapestry label or the Tapestry up charge. The rooms were clean, and the beds very comfortable. There was an error with my reservation - supposed to be 2 nights, was only one night reserved. It was for my high school reunion, and the hotel had no extra rooms so we ended up staying 25 minutes away - big disappointment. But the gentleman at the front desk really did try to help, and was competent and friendly, as was all the staff. Since I don’t know who was responsible for the error (it could have been me) I don’t hold the hotel responsible for the error. The location was convenient, right off the highway. The breakfast was mediocre and expensive. $15 for scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, and a small assortment of bread and pastry. The food was ok, but way overpriced, buffet style and lukewarm. If I hadn’t been meeting friends I would have gone out to eat. This place met the minimum standards for a standard Hilton, but was far too pricey for what it offered. I didn’t notice the error on my booking partly because the price was so high there was no red flag that I had only booked one night. The price would have been a decent price for 2 nights. I likely would not stay here again if I had another option.

This suburban hotel is way overpriced and charges for a very poor breakfast. The room was okay, but no safe, If you are doing something in the Mt Kisco area it is an okay location. The "party" rooms on the first floor and you can hear the noise all over the hotel....

My wife and I spent one night here in the middle of the week. A bit off the beaten path but a short drive into the village. Pleasant stay, hotel was very quiet and we had no problems. Impressed by the number of extra towels in the bathroom. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is not fully renovated . We were on the first floor room 145 . The TV didn't work, the headboard was broken, the bathroom floor was sticky and a strong mildew smell kept me up all night . Not renovated at all. Bed so uncomfortable. Barely any toilet paper and no replacement. Hotel comped me which was appreciated but I'm baffled how this hotel was almost 300 a night , sold out and they don't know the room should not be rented out ? In addition despite multiple wedding parties the bar was shut down we arrived back from our family reunion before 11 . Was looking forward to a snack and night cap based on the online ads . I am sure this will be nice when truly updated but until then I would not recommend at all.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times before. At midnight, when I couldn't fall asleep I turned the light on to find two small bugs crawling on my pillow. It shook me up but I managed to kill them with a tissue before they sped off. I didn't know what kind of bugs they were but that really matter as it stunned me anyway. After about a half hour and seeing no more, I tried to sleep again, but was still agitated about the bugs. Got up and turned the light on again to find a third bug, one that was much smaller and looked different, crawling on the pillow. This time I was really upset. Since it was after midnight and pouring rain I wasn't about to go looking for another hotel in a basically non-commercial residential town. I asked for another room and they got me one two doors down. But I was agitated and it was a pretty sketchy night. I was told to put the tissues I had used to kill the bugs on the nightstand for housekeeping the next morning. It was their job to make sure the rooms were bug free. Of course I did that. Because I didn't know of these were bedbugs, I realized that I was going to have to throw out my fabric suitcase, cosmetic kit and a couple of other items that had been on the bed. And I knew I'd have to have dry cleaned a couple of special items that couldn't be washed. When I checked out I explained what happened and was basically dismissed. After writing to the hotel about the cost of my replacements I heard nothing. Needless to say I will never stay there again and caution others to stay away.

Signs directing you to hotel are almost impossible to see in the dark. Our room key cards didn't work, took about 40 minutes for them to fix the issue. Air unit in the room was too noisy. Lamp didn't work. Power outlet didn't work. Manager gave us a free breakfast chit as compensation, which was nice of him, but when the two of us went to breakfast, they tried to charge us for one person as the chit was only good for one, which just added to the overall level of annoyance. On the plus side, they had a great collection of pillows on the beds, and good solid wifi...credit where credit is due. But overall, a most unpleasant stay.
