Worst 2 day business trip. Rude staff, rude manager. TRICKLE OF HOT WATER IN THE SINK EVEN AFTER IT WAS REPORTED AND FIXED. No heat the first night and got hung up when i reported it. Then the clerk told his boss i was rude to them when i called, he didn't tell him he hung up on me at 6 am while i am freeaing. Hotel near the highway and Home Depot expect noise in the early morning. Room was not ready, nothing was fixed when i came back mid afternoon after being gone all day.

This place is a hot mess. Front desk orson gave us a room that had been stripped if all linens and not cleaned we went back to the lobby to get another room and she had no clue as to what was going on. We had 2 rooms and wanted to have rooms next to each other but she refused only to find out she gave the room to another of our family member right next to ours but we got the second room on another floor! The second floor is a mess all under construction ladders all over doors of hinges Dirty unkept place will never stay again Im going back to homewood suites Cant imagine what breakfast will be like tomorrow

This place needs a major overhaul with their staff. These people should NOT be working in the hospitality related industry. The people we encountered ( about 3 or 4 different people) were just not interested in being of any help, to say the least!

DON'T GO HERE..... If we could give this hotel zero we would.... Terrible front desk staff....check in was 3 PM...we arrived at 4 PM...not only was our room not ready, but the staff had no idea when it would be ready.......we checked back at 5:30 PM and still not ready....we asked for our money back as we paid in advance. We were told that we would get a refund, but there would be a cancelation fee.....we called the mgr the next day, the day after that, and the day after that, each time leaving a message with our number. we never received a call back. Further, the lobby was in a big mess....from the looks of things it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom (woman's) off the lobby was disgusting, with no toilet paper!

I am at the hotel right now. Terrible experience very frustrating. They have a construction on the third floor. We are on the second floor. Woke up today with a really loud construction noises. When I was booking this hotel on the side it wasn’t mentioned that they have a construction. I spoke to the manager for the partial refund but he refuse to resolve my issue. The stuff in this hotel very unfriendly except the lady who serving breakfast.

After living several years outside the country, I decided to visit family in the Orange/Rockland area and wanted to stay at a centrally located hotel. The Hampton Inn of Nanuet fit the bill! The staff here are magnificent and extremely accommodating. MOD CLAUDIA is an angel, helping me out with logistics and ensuring my comfort during my stay. Front Desk Cynthia, as well as other front-desk staff are equally helpful, polite and made my stay even nicer. There's also an indoor pool on the premises, which I took advantage of after a long day of traveling. Thanks, Hampton Inn of Nanuet!

The facility has many deficiencies. The elevator is painfully slow and clunky. You can hear guests in the next room very clearly. It was very annoying, so much so that I complained to the front desk. The head of housekeeping came to my room and agreed you could hear everything the other room was saying clearly. I complained to the front desk requesting another room however the facility was sold out. I asked a few other guests and they said their room had the same issue. The facility as a whole wasn't very clean. There were 'sticky' spots in the eating area, I guess that is from serving syrup with the waffles. The "slow" elevator had the same debris when I left as it did on my first ride.
