Absolutely horrible . I will never stay again. Beds were horrible , no noise control… kids running up and down hall until 2 am . We had to pay for continental breakfast upon reservation however on Sunday’s they don’t inform anyone that they don’t have service till 7 am. Who wants to wait until 7 am to get on the road….. lastly jet tub in the room. Jets don’t work no button to turn on so what does this mean ????? Mold , bacteria??? I’m sure that’s growing. I will never ever support this business and will never recommend ever ever again. Shame on them for allowing this to happen.

Dear D5345RTamandah, Thank you, for bringing these issues to our attention. Based on the details you provided in your message, we deeply regret that you were unhappy with your stay. I wish that we had known before you left about the bed and jetted tub. Our jetted tubs do have a turn on button on the side of the tub. At check in, all of our guests get keys with a list of all of our amenities and times. On Sunday's we do open our breakfast area at 7am and it stays open until 11pm, but perhaps we could have given you some food to go if you had to leave so early in the morning. The hockey team that we had over the wekeend were very happy with the breakfast and based on Sunday's occuppancy got a late checkout of 1pm. If the hockey teams let us know in advanced that they have to leave earlier, we can open the breakfast earlier for the groups. Please be assured that we will be sharing your feedback with the hotel staff. Your loyalty to Hilton Worldwide is very important to us. These details allow us to assess the service we are providing, and in turn, will make us aware of opportunities for improvement.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Naji to book a block of rooms and a conference room for our wedding weekend. Communication and logistics of the big day were great and went as planned, something no one takes for granted on such a stressful/ celebratory day. The weekend of the wedding, we met Richie, Lily, and other great employees who made our event a success. Rooms are well kept and spacious, the hotel grounds are maintained and enjoyable to stroll around through. The hotel bar stayed open for us after our reception and was a great place to spend time with friends and family. Would highly recommend for any couple to consider booking here.

We planned a weekend with the family and so did a bunch of our friends. The hotel manager Naji was super accommodating. He had the conference room set up for us so we could all eat the meals together as well as a separate room for prayer services. We had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and the hotel rooms, lobby and hallways were clean.

I can't get over the comfort, convenience, cleanliness and service of this hotel. EVERYONE was wonderful... and everything was 10/10!! HUGE rooms. Gorgeous bathrooms. Beautiful decor. VERY SMARTLY DESIGNED HOTEL! Prompt and efficient housekeeping. Naji the manager was particularly excellent to work with.... SO accommodating, respectful, kind and pleasant!! My kids said it was one of the best "staycations" they've ever done.... WE CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK!!

The staff was great! The room was large and clean! We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious! I met up with family to enjoy the pool and hang out in there room. The kitchenette was great and the lounge area in the room was spacious. I would definitely return!

The hotel is well located, rooms are large and comfortable, renovation was recent. Staff very friendly. Wife left her shirt behind, it was promptly found and hotel sent it back to us gratis. Room was quiet, many interesting nearby Mexican restaurants (!), close to Palisades Parkway and Thruway, endless shopping nearby.

Our room is one floor above the ballroom and the music, particularly the bass, is so loud that the floor is vibrating. This will apparently not stop until midnight and the hotel manager basically said there is nothing he could do. There should be a disclaimer to warn patrons that they won’t be able to sleep before midnight even though they are paying full price for the room. Will definitely not stay here ever again.
