We had a fantastic two night stay at the Naples Hotel. The old world flavour of the room decor and the anticipation of a ghostly visit just added to the charm. We found the staff friendly and accommodating. We couldn't book the same room two nights in a row so we had to change rooms. No problem. The staff took...

We were here a few weeks ago and it was wonderful... This week awful! I understand they were down a chef but 1hr and 40 min is unacceptable..it took over 40 min just to get a salad! They ran out of ziti which is in their best dish!! I really liked the restaurant last time so I'll wait awhile before...

The food on the other hand was not at all, the spaghetti was very very acidic and was not editable once I started eating it. They ran out of ziti so i chose spaghetti for my specialty pasta That was...

We paid $150 for a night's stay .The room was nicely decorated and the bath and bedroom were very clean. When we arrived we were puzzled as there seemed to be no place to check in, so we wandered back through the parlor to the tap room, where the bartender was. She came back to the parlor to check us...

We had dinner this evening with visiting friends. We each had different entrees: linguine with clams, eggplant Parmesan, pasta Dominica, and the flat iron steak. The entree comes with a tossed salad, served family style, and a tasty small loaf of fresh baked bread. One of the nice features is quests can bring a bottle of wine. Glasses supplied, no corkage...

We call to see if there was a room available for overnight on Sat and was told there was one room open, The Sake Room". I asked the person on the phone about the room and reserved it. Although her description of the room was completely accurate I was most certainly not told that it was directly above the bar....

Although we did not stay over, we stopped at this adorable little hotel on our way home. We were coming from Canandaigua, heading home to Leesport, PA. We wanted to have breakfast someplace exciting, with character, and we certainly found that in the Naples Hotel. We sat on the porch and listened to the rain coming down...beautiful! I really went...

We met some friends there and had a wonderful time. The dinner was amazing - Chef Dom - authentic Italian - we ordered a variety of dishes to taste. The eggplant parmesan, lightly breaded fish, and chicken alfredo were among our favorites. The cannolis were to die for. Everything tasted great and so "freshly made." And my husband felt that...
