The room on the 5th floor was large and well appointed. But just so you know - it is not the Ritz. The bathtub was spotted with debris that was quickly dealt with but I have no idea where it came from. We were in New Rochelle for a family event and I dealt with Genesis and Glenia in reservations and they were great. Thanks to you both. The restaurant that served us breakfast was really good and VERY accommodating. They were great and a pleasure. It is true the club on the 1st floor is quite busy, and from above there was a club that was quite loud. Bring a fan to create white noise since the a/c fan is not loud enough when the compressor stops. There was a lot of pot smoking from 1 of the rooms or from the fire escape and that did not help things. This time of year they inexplicably close the pool (it was only about 85 degrees) and they guard the pool as if it is filled with money. It was nice and cold until the prison guard at the front desk came running out screaming that it was closed. No sign and there is a key lock on the door that probably does not work. He looked and sounded like an idiot - and I pointed out to him they could do a better job of monitoring the cars parked in handicapped parking spots and the pot smokers in the rooms and fire escape. All this to say it did exceed my expectations and all things considered it was a good stay.…

My daughter had her wedding at the Surf Club and all of our family stayed at the Radisson. The service from the blocking of the rooms a year ago with Glenia and Paula to the wedding weekend was great. Very accommodating. The breakfast Monday am was terrific as well. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It couldn’t you made the wedding weekend awesome!

Be prepared for the hotel bar to be a club or some sort of event held at night when you're there. there was a bouncer who wouldnt let us in to get a drink because they were hosting an event. the music blared through our walls on the 3rd floor past 1am. the beds were too short for me who was 5 ft 7 and for my boyfriend who is 6ft 3.

There is a "club" on the first floor and music can be heard throughout floors 2-4 until 2am. The front desk said they can't do anything about the noise, cannot move us, and can't even provide earplugs.

There is a "club" on the bottom floor that doesn't close until 2am. It's so loud you can hear it from the top floor and outside the window. When bringing up to the staff that this makes staying here pointless, they pretty much tell you to kick rocks

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP. The "restaurant" is a nightclub with thumping bass music until 2am. Wish I could give it negative stars. Front desk clerk told me to complain to the manager in the morning, after my night of no sleep. This needs to be listed as a nightclub on TripAdvisor.

Do NOT stay here unless you have ZERO intention of sleeping or unless drug yourself to get to sleep. There is a busy disco on the first floor DIRECTLY under the guest rooms, which can be CLEARLY heard all the way from the 4th floor until 2am (There are only 6 floors in this hotel). The owners have a nerve charging regular people (with no connection to partying at the disco) to stay here knowing full well their guests are in for a sleepless night. And they DON'T care. Yeah, I've read the bs about being a destination for weddings. Well, this was no wedding. Just a lot of people looking to...get down, as they say. On top of that, they have the cojones to CHARGE you to park your car there! Excuse me? What did you expect me to DO with my car once I arrived? And don't give me bs about being in NY. You sir, are NO NYC; get over yourselves. Perhaps they would just prefer to save the spaces for their disco guests. This is a nice old school (late 20th century) type hotel. Built in 1970s. Room was spacious. The New Rochelle Metro North station is a ten minute walk. Other reviews complain about noise from the club on site. I was here on a Wednesday evening and all was quiet. Check check in was fast. Room was clean, although it showed some wear.

If the customer service is reflective of the room accommodations, than this hotel is a hard pass for me. Booked rooms to visit family. Had to reschedule stay and notified concierge . Although I was told the cancellation was within the allotted time frame, my card was later charged. The “hotel manager” I spoke with to address the inconsistent communication was the definition of rude. Rebooked for another local hotel. Hands down, worst customer service experienced at any hotel.
