Spacious, modern room. We had a kitchenette with full-size fridge, 2 burner stove, and dishwasher. There were place settings and silverware included too. Location isn’t really walkable to any restaurants. Nearest are about 5 minute drive. There are sidewalks around the property if you like to walk or run for a exercise. Fitness center was somewhat small. It included a couple treadmills and an elliptical. There were dumbbells and bench. For the indoor pool, you had to make reservations to use. Complimentary breakfast was decent. It’s about 20-25 minutes to West Point. Somewhat pricey, but this is NY. I’d stay here again.

Stayed here in May 2023. Large Super clean room. Staff is pleasant and the price was fair. It was a quick stay, so I didn't use the pool or fitness room. The breakfast is average, but all I wanted was a bowl of cereal and coffee. The coffee was good.

Stayed here with a group of student athletes and coaches and can say our stay was awesome. It seems like they are just finishing renovations on the first floor, but the renovated room we were in was large, clean, and modern. Breakfast was above average for this type of Hilton, pool/hot tub/courtyard all great touches. Plenty of parking for cars, busses, etc. Will return when we are back in the area - good hotel for teams playing Army.

I was disappointed with the living room furniture. The couch/chair were old, ripped and looked like the were from 1950’s. I had to put a sheet on the couch/chair to sit on it. The toilet was backed up and would not flush completely. My husband requested maintenance and they brought him a plunger. The grout on the floor tiles and around the tub was filthy and were black. The only saving grace was the front desk staff were very friendly/welcoming.

The hotel staff were amazing, The breakfeast was your standard hot meal, The pool was smaller than appeared on the website. The floor (rug) was dirty in spots. The bed was not the best. The location was good close to all.

We visited this hotel for three nights after a 3-night stay in NYC and were so grateful for the smaller-town vibe, super nice staff, and reasonable internet! The only downside to our visit was the lack of Verizon service at the location which obviously isn’t their fault. I absolutely would stay there again.

Over $200 a night and shower doors had black mold. Ad says hotel has a mask policy, but few are wearing masks. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Went to gym and the stationary bike was inoperative. Also gym was in use by multi families with children, none were wearing masks.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights when we came up for HS graduation. This was the closest hotel to my daughter's and most reviews were good, so took a chance. The lobby and eating areas are attractive and there is a patio with gorgeous flowers. We got a room on the fourth floor, quite a walk from the elevator which was the quiet we asked for. We had a separate bedroom and the kitchen area was well-equipped. The room was showing a little wear and tear (the couch was broken and hard to sit on; a hole in the black-out curtain) but was very clean. I used the computer downstairs to print boarding passes. Wi-fi worked very well! Breakfast was adequate; we ate there three of our four mornings and did just fine. The two staff members we interacted with were polite and pleasant.
