No maid service, no fresh towels ! Make your own bed, reuse your towels. If you complain you will get attitude! Suck! Suck! Not the Hampton I remember had to leave hotel and go somewhere else! At least the breakfast service was good!

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was very quick and convenient, and the parking is free and right next to the hotel. The location was also great. A gas station right across the street, Walmart and Target was close, as well as many restaurants.

Always enjoy our stays at this location, great staff, very clean, always inviting and warm. Whenever we are in this area we stay at this location, would never think of going anywhere else. Hampton Inn of Newburgh is our go to place.

We stayed two nights while visiting West Point, which is nearby. We had three rooms for family members. They were having trouble with their HVAC system such that the heat in our rooms (and in the hall) was intense, and we could not turn it down. They had to be aware of this because they had portable AC units on the floor which blew cold air out the front and hot air out the back. It was one of the worst nights in a hotel I have ever spent. After we complained the next day, they vented the AC to the outside, which helped. But the units roared all night, still making sleep difficult. Additionally, the shower had rusty hardware, and overall everything looked old and worn.

We were picked up from the airport and brought to the hotel by marked van, and returned to the airport at our conveyance (included). King size bed room was large with sofa and wet bar. Shower and commode was separate from sink and closet, so mirror was never steamed up. TV swiveled so could be watched from bed or sofa. Wet bar had a microwave and refrigerator with coffee maker. Room was made up everyday with fresh towels (included). Breakfast was different every day for the three days we were there, and always fresh coffee in the lobby. We to busy use the indoor pool or exercise room, but both were clean, and looked fresh. Very nice stay.

I wasn't expecting to like my stay here as most airport hotels are only mediocre but this Hampton Inn and Suites was clean, fresh, modern friendly and the free breakfast great - lots of food options- both hot and cold, pleasant service and kept very clean and appealing. Hotel seemed fresh and new. I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

We really appreciated how Stephanie went out if her way several times to make sure our stay was a pleasant one - got us extra towels, came in and checked on us in the pool to make sure we had towels, had change readily available for the guest laundry. Uber/Lyft is a bit of a challenge in Newburgh. We needed a ride to the train station in Beacon. Charmaine got us a taxi that arrived in about 5 minutes (Uber was still trying to confirm someone to accept our ride).

We frequently stay at Hampton Inns as we know they are clean, comfortable and reasonable value. They are usually located near the highway and are easy to find. We feel that we are welcomed when we enter and thanked when we leave.

Old well used pillows and beds. Very uncomfortable. For the money asked per night the quality should be much better. Location was safe and quiet on parking lot side of the building. Also they need to fix their second elevator. Long waits to leave the floor you are on
