The place is TRASH!!! Dilapidated hallways, bathroom, pool and no safety!!! Hallway had holes in the ceiling !! I was charged over 200 for a night the place is not worth 1.00!!! Complained to the front desk and corporate. No refund offered!!!

Booked and paid for a king bed room, arrived to no king bed room available, refused a refund since it was same day, was given a small double bed room for the same price. This hotel does not honor contracts for booking rooms. Receptionist Luis was rude and aggressive with dealing with the situation.

It was an okay room the outside wasn't great or very inviting the staff was nice and very helpful no one bothered us while in the room even with the noise that was made. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean

This hotel requires ALOT OF WORK there were missing roof tiles, holes in the wall, broken fixtures and many more. I booked a king size bed with a pull out sofa I git a king size bed no sofa when I asked the front desk about the sofa they provided me with a roll away bed wotg sheets that looked like they previously used and not cleaned. The breakfast is a joke, waffles, coffe, bagels, juice , one type of cereal EVERY MORNING Security is another joke, there is a side entrance to the building that takes you directly to the rooms this door is accessible to the public there is no lock on this door (and others) which makes this property accessible to anyone at anytime. At the side entrance(maybe all the entrances) there are no handicap ramp, I was traveling with my young family so it was fun lifting the stroller up and down the stairs. I would not recommend this property to anyone again DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURES!!!!…

Do not stay here! The saying you get what you pay for is very accurate. This place is dirty and run down. It smells, carpets are dingy and old. Poor security, as anyone can just enter, no room key needed. We declined the continental breakfast, based on the condition of the room. Checkout was at 11 am, we left at 7:30.

After checking in was informed that the room was previously occupied for three hours and was given to me without getting cleaned. Only changed towels because previous occupant didn't shower or sleep on the bed. Apparently I was supposed to take their word for it. Requested a refund immediately after checking in and left the hotel.

went around in circles even thinking..."this can't be the place" its run down, and needs serious update. bathroom not cleaned/sanitized properly (we had blood in ours) The frontdesk man was very nice.

There were many partying youngestersin here. They pass out on alcohol and do not care about clean rooms or anyone staying in this terrible motel. Their noise making to the loudest and bad parking situation will be able to drive you away.

Please wait for this hotel to be renovated! It's in a terrible state and you would not be able to sleep there anyways due to loud door slamming on closing! Did not dare eat here as the place looks very unclean and appears lowly maintained.
