This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not only was it overrun with bugs but there was a constant smell of marijuana everywhere. People actually live there who obviously can’t afford the advertised prices. Must be some kind of subsidy going on. Absolutely disgusting.

I had to sleep in the tub. This hotel is disgusting. There is nothing good about this hotel. The front desk assistant manager ( the bald headed guy, I forgot his name seemed confused ) The other guy was very nice ( I think his name is John) Our previous hotel was canceled so we decided to give this one a try. Do not stay here!!! This was the worse experience I’ve ever had when it comes to hotels!! Repeat Do Not Stay here!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!

I booked a kind room and they gave it away by the time I got there and gave me a double size bed 2x smaller and they wouldn’t give me my refund. They also had so many ants and spiders. The shower wasn’t staying at the temperature we wanted

Facility is tawdry, frayed and downmarket. Staff is hit or miss - check in clerk was terrific, but the check out clerk was nasty, hostile, sarcastic and borderline menacing. I would advise you to avoid this facility if at all possible.

It was the worst experience I had at Super 8 located at 1287 Route 300 Newburgh N.Y. When I, my friend and her daugther.Got to Super 8 around 4:31 pm and finalize the registration and paid $177.71 we got our keys to room 215 and as soon as we opened the door a strong smell of cigarette and i requested a non-smoker room the room was nasty.The same night I walked downstairs to front desk clerk and informed the person in charge he just told me i will let the manager know.When we where about to leave we was told that room wasn't reserved for at lease 30 days prior.

Spoke with John, got a wonderful tour-and the scenery is great! Staff very friendly... However I am traveling with a disability that disables me from pet hair and dander.. The room was nice and clean. The only noise is from coming and leaving guests, but it's far enough from the highway. There is a Dennys in walking distance (2 Min). So all you need is there. There is a coffee machine in the room. Only the breakfast is not worth mentioning, but as said, there is a Dennys close by.

Yes it’s old and outdated, the sink base was falling apart, the bed not that comfortable and the painting was childlike but that’s ok. What we did not think appropriate was ants. The bathroom had lots of ants and not sure where else they might have been. It was pretty dumpy compared to other Super 8 hotels we have stayed this trip.

No shower curtain. Tv did not work. Bed comfortable. Desk drawer filthy Did i mention the bed was comfortable. Toilet paper holder was empty. Had to restock myself No cover over electrical outlet Oh the bed was comfortable though.

We will not be back. If I didn't need to stay in the area right now I would not be here. Regularly see prostitution occurring between the super 8 and the Ramada, drug deals and unsafe work practices by staff and find needles and other drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Many reports have been made with nothing done. Found this needle next to my car today. Would not bring children here.
