Great location a short walk from the falls. Restaurant food was very good. Only complaint is that you can't access your room from the lobby...you have to walk around the building. Very cumbersome if you have many bags. Stayed at this hotel because as a fan of the Office, this is where Jim and Pam stayed during the wedding in...

I would have to agree that we have a great location and the staff to match! I will pass on your compliments to them. Although you do need to go outside to get to your room it is one of the many things that make the Red Coach Inn someplace special. I look forward to serving you in the future....

The Red Coach Inn was incredible. The room was beautiful and the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were some of the best food and service I have ever experienced. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone wanting a experience they won't soon forget.

My wife and I loved our stay at the red coach inn. When we arrived our room was beautifully decorated with antique style furnishings and immaculately cleaned. We enjoyed the free cheese and cracker plate and bottle of wine. We easily walked to Niagra Falls which was only 500 yards away. At night we had a breathtaking view of the...

It's my second time staying here. I was in the area for a company conference and I didn't think twice about choosing my hotel accommodation. The staff is always amazing. Jean at the front desk remembered me, I can't believe it! She is so accommodating and helpful just like the first time. Also, Christina, the server during breakfast was phenomenal!...
