The Holiday Inn express in Niagara is a decent hotel. The staff is very helpful. They helped us in getting a cab to the airport for 5:30 am. The restaurant attached to the hotel has amazing food. They packed us some food for the airport journey which was very kind.

It was a fun weekend with a good bunch of people but the hotel was mediocre. Staff was friendly and the lobby was nice with plenty of open space. It was cold in some areas though. The view from the room was a wall, so it wasn't very exciting to look at. Rooms on the other side of the building...

My husband and I visited Niagara Falls, NY for a long weekend. We booked a king suite for 2 nights. The concept of the suite is nice; king bed with tv and chair with french doors leading to the living area. Decently clean but dated. Elevators are extremely slow and one broke down during our stay. Housekeeping was very friendly;...

Dear Karie L, Thank you for choosing to stay with us during long weekend and sharing your experience. I'm sorry to learn that you think our hotel is a bit behind the times and the elevator wasn't functioning properly when you're here. Although, it is good to know that our efficient hotel staff members were able to attend to your...

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Niagara Falls 2/17 through 2/20 and we lost hot water on 2/19. The hotel said it wasn't going to be fixed before the end of our stay. So they gave us the option to either stay and use other empty room's showers and receive 1/2 off the night of 2/19 or we could stay...

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to the bridge that goes into Goat Island; where in the island, one can view both the American and the Canadian Niagara Falls. Even one can view parts of the Niagara Falls from the windows in the hotel. The reception staff and the maintenance staff in the hotel were very friendly and...

Booked here because we were going to a concert at the Seneca casino. It is a 10 minute walk to the casino. Rooms are large and clean. Walls a little thin could hear people in the room beside us. My only beef with this hotel is that they charge $10.80 U.S. for parking. I have already paid $$$ to stay...

This is a functional hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The "goodie bag" upon arrival is a nice touch but I'd rather have free or cheaper parking. Rooms are a little dark and dated. Shower was warm, not hot, in spite of having handle turned as far as it would go. There is a keurig and small fridge...

Hotel is a little outdated, but I suspect it's the same for most of the hotels at Niagara Falls. It's within walking distance to the Falls park. Only there for one night on Christmas night, didn't explore much as most businesses are closed. Walkable to the casino. Free breakfast is served at tony romas. Breakfast Buffet is not offered on...

Great hotel location and nice sized rooms. Spent 2 nights here and had a few issues with the hotel and customer service was excellent.
