Niagara Falls is a busy city, they don't recognize the HH members probably, my wife took shower at 8 in the morning there was cold water from the shower, was shivering as she stepped out, called the reception/guest service and they said to let it run for sometime for hot water as other rooms may be using the hot water...

Staff made the trip and stay a breeze. Very clean room with extremely soft bed. The lovely people at the front desk were more than helpful and willing to the extra mile to help with questions I had. I pass through this area at least twice a year and make it a point to stay at this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights everyone treated us so well doctor hotel was so very clean and the complimentary breakfast changed every day so you never had the same thing and was always fresh and delicious. The staff treated us like we were in their own home .

Everything about my stay was great. I was able to check in online and my time at the front desk was kept to a minimum. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. As always, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety.

The Hampton Inn near the falls and casino is extremely nice and the folks so friendly and welcoming you to the hotel and are there for you to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We would stay there on a trip in the fall.

They didn't charge extra for for guests in the room, all the other hotels around Niagara would charge 10-15 extra if there are greater than 2 people to a room (even if you had a double queen room).
