Stayed in Unit 68, a 3 Bedroom plus attached 1+ Bedroom unit. Great views and easy parking. Fireplace with a full ring of wood provided. Recreation center with indoor pool and game area. Shuttle to Gore worked well.

So the week started out not so great and in some ways got worse and some ways better. The first condo was lovely and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, great wifi and an okay TV. And then it rained the 1st night and the ceiling leaked through the fan and there was no hot water the next morning for more than...

Thank you for your honesty AND we apologize that you didn't have hot water and that we couldn't repair it immediately being it was a Sunday and the local hardware store was closed! We try our best to make every stay a comfortable one. Kudos to our staff to trying their best even when things are out of our control....

The unit was a little bit outdated but our seven day stay was great. The internet worked really well and we had one power outage that was resolved in about 45minutes. The best feature is the free shuttle to Gore Mountain ski center, really convenient.

We were just up to Gore for a few days of skiing during 2016 Xmas break. Condo was typical fare for a somewhat dated development. Had to pay last minute holiday premium, but kind of expected the pricing to be what it was this time of year. Biggest issue was that there is limited cell phone service for both calling...

Hi Michael, Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your honesty. Our units are individually owned, decorated differently and have a variety of amenities according to each homeowners wish. There is a basic standard, but overall they choose what extra features they want to include, knowing this may effect their rental status. We apologize for not being more forthcoming. We...

Stayed in until 74I for a family white water rafting trip for a long weekend. The accommodations were exactly what was advertised - clean, very comfortable, wifi, flat screen TVs, even a game console for my children with up to date games (minecraft etc). The unit provided a welcome basket full of basic sundries for us which was a welcome...

Unit furniture and fixtures haven't been updated since the 70s. Burnt out light bulbs, dead flies on the blinds, some blinds didn't work. The coffee maker was missing the lid so the brewed coffee couldn't drip down from the filter. The portable AC unit in the loft bedroom was not attached to exhaust, I reattached it and the unit took...

Each unit is independently owned and would be grateful if you could respond with unit number so I can forward to the management office to be addressed. Our group has been staying at the Summit for a long weekend each winter for the last 20 years. Through the years we have noticed a gradual decline in the overall condition of the rental units. While some are updated and well maintained, others are just tired and worn out. Our recent stay in unit O39 proved to be a...

The unit is 30 years old without updates. It was supposed to sleep 8, but we had only beds for 4. The pull-out couch days were long over. The freezer did not freeze, ice cubes could not be made etc. Back door was broken, and screen door too. Management was not responsive. Overall stay away.

The Summit at Gore Mountain was exactly what was represented. It was close to the ski area and town. Each condo is set to the owners taste. We had two units and they were both clean and well appointed. We had an ideal ski weekend and skied Gore and Whiteface while dining out in town every evening. The condos were...

We stayed over president's weekend 2015 and enjoyed our stay. Our unit was nice enough, kitchen outdated and baths but they were fine. Convenient to gore for skiing. Shuttle runs weekends and this holiday week but we drove up instead as we didn't want to get trapped there. Fires hard to start without a duraflame log so bring one for...
