The location is perfect. One of the best spots at Santa Maria. Surrounded by other Hotels, restaurants and Bars (well, Santa Maria is a small town and everything is close...). Food are good. Sunset is amazing from there. The hotel rooms (the standard where I was) have the basic without any fancy or luxurious deco and utilities. Beds are not...

I loved the fact that it's tucked away in a perfect location. The hotel has a pool, garden, beach and great restaurants. Great owners, friendly staff and worth every penny. I would love to stay in Santa Maria again and stay at Odjo D'Agua Hotel. Highly reccomended!

There was a problem with checking in but this was due to Thomas Cook not sending the right information. I thought the wifi price was very expensive but other than that we had an amazing time and they made us feel comfortable and at home. The beach was a 30 second walk away from our place. Beautiful country!

We stayed at the hotel for a week in late October, we had been to Cape Verde before and stayed in one of the large all inclusive hotels out of the town centre. This time we wanted a smaller hotel, town location, quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we got! Our rooms were in the little court yard outside...

My friend and I came to the hotel's Farolin restaurant for lunch, and it was the best restaurant we found in Santa Maria. The catch of the day was delicious and not expensive, considering the portion size and the location of the restaurant. It's built right over the sea, so we had panoramic views of the beach. Great place to...

This is also a restaurant... and you should try it out. It goes without saying that on this island, fish is the thing you should eat. And it is fresh here, no doubt. Catch of the day, Wahoo, thuna - any one will do. And dont even try to find a good wine - accept the stuff they have, or...

I've been to Sal several times and Odjo D'Agua is the clear winner. They're large enough to provide excellent service but still small enough to be charming. Definitely not one of the massive cruise-ship-on-land resorts on other parts of the island. Rooms are clean, spacious and decorated with an eye toward Cabo Verde's amazing culture. The management of the hotel,...

When we arrived we was welcomed with a free drink and a live musician alongside our welcome talk presented by the receptionist. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, it even had blackout curtains which is great if your a light sleeper like myself however 3 days into the holiday, there was roadworks situated directly outside the hotel in the...

We didn't stay in the hotel but we visited the restaurant 3 nights of our 7 night holiday. The food is fantastic. I had something different from the menu each night and it was all really nice. The layout is lovely, over looking the sea and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
