Stayed here three nights and were pampered non-stop. In fact, two of the three nights, we had the lodge to ourselves. Food was excellent and plentiful, the rooms were fantastic, the staff enthusiastic and helpful, especially our ranger. In the morning you could come across one or the other antelope around the cottages and in the afternoon you could watch...

I was only there for a couple of days, but managed to cram a lot in including 3 safari excursions with Larry. The location and views across the valley are wonderful, the staff are brilliant, the food was fantastic and the safari trips are a lot of fun, especially with the drinks and nibbles at sundown out in the park....

We spent 3 night at this lodge during December 2015 and it was spectacular. The reserve has a great population of animals. The Clifftop experience is something special. This was one of our most memorable safari trips to date due to the isolation of our cabin, spectacular views from our deck and the privacy you have while relaxing in your...

We stayed at the lodge for our 25th Anniversary. Beautiful looking lodge. The staff were wonderful and always keen to please. Stephen was our game ranger and took us on some wonderful drives. Oupa was our Butler/waiter and nothing was a problem. The food was good and we were always seated privately on various verandahs. There were 2 groups at...

Clifftop has been on my to do list for some time now. I have read a few reviews recently that made me a bit worried that I would be disappointment, but I am glad to say that this was not the case at all. Having visited a few game lodges before its good to keep in mind that every lodge...

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel facilities good. Standard of food not quite as good as we had hoped. However will not return because we discovered the lodge has a Gupta connection.

The game reserve has a perfect position in this beautiful game reserve. The rooms are well equipped and have their own little pool, so that exclusivity is guaranteed. About decor one can argue, as it is very personal and one should not judge. Seperate dining experience is welcome. Food is plentiful, but the quality could be improved, together with the...

Easy drive from Johannesburg and stunning place to stay. Rooms are huge and comfortable, wonderful facilities to encourage rest and relaxation! The deck with the pool feels very private, the decor is minimalist and beautiful. We also had an amazing safari experience with Victor - close-up with cheetahs and a huge herd of elephants. Would highly recommend!
