My stay was from start till end just perfect. Lovely atmosphere, nice old fashioned place with lots of charm. The dinner, and wine, was absolutely lovely. Room fine, breakfast simple but good. Can only recommend this place.

We ate here one night as nowhere else in Montagne au Perche was open. We hesitated as it looked expensive and it certainly was. The food and the wine were both very overpriced. The meal was good and the service also and if the cost had been 20% less I would have rated it excellent. There are several good cheap...

Stayed here for one night on a cycling trip with 10 dripping wet cyclists after a day in the saddle. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and provided excellent service. They organised a private dining area for us and the food was exquisite. Would recommend it to anyone travelling in the area.

Dinner was first rate and whilst our main course initially suffered, in our view, from 'presentation over taste' in that it looked lovely but was a little dry. This however was quickly resolved by the prompt supply of some additional jus. Wine is overpriced. The hotel is charming, very clean, central yet quiet. The lovely period character is, to our...

The rooms are of a good size and have comfortable beds. The place is very clean and the staff most helpful. Drinks can be had in the small courtyard as can be dinner...if you request ahead of time. The food is excellent...both standard dishes and more local fare. A good selection of ciders makes a change from wine. My only...

We stayed at the Hotel du Tribunal on the first leg of a longer journey south. We did not know the area at all, and were charmed by the little town of Mortagne. The hotel is situated on a quiet square with plenty of free parking under the shade of trees. Our ground-floor room was large and comfortable, with all...

The hotel is situated in a pretty square where you can have a drink or coffee on the terrace and soak in the ancient buildings in honeyed stone on cobbled streets, Our room was prettily furnished overlooking a quiet courtyard. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food outstanding and Freddie Pommier the chef and Rosie, his wife even looked...

Great food experiences here both morning and evening, service just a little impersonal at times and from one waiting individual sadly rather sullen. This has prevented a 5 star review for me. This place so deserves. Front of house reception and welcome could be a little more evident. Wonderful breakfast display provided and food quality excellent. Dinner a treat, and...

My 13th year of staying at this excellent family run Logis. The staff are all like family friends by now. Each year we can see how Madame (Odile) and her staff have continuously improved the hotel. Recommended unreservedly.
