After an amazing 4 days at the Theoxenia,we didn't want to leave ! We were a party of 4 and were welcomed with open arms by Konstantina ! She is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the island and will help you plan what to see and do ! Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast served on the balcony every morning...

For the price we paid for a triple share room, we had everything! The sea view room opened up to a balcony with the view of the caldera. The best thing about the hotel was the sister hotel down the road where we could use the pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Thira! The free wifi was fantastic too...

First of all I should state that Konstantina and the maids were very good and helpful. The Location of this hotel is great and the view from the Superior Volcano view shared balcony is great too...They do not offer free pickup/dropoff from airport or port which cost us 20E. The room was large, had a large LCD TV, a couch...

Cannot say enough about this place, the lady at reception Constantina likes to be known as (tina) who is by far the bubbliest person we have meet so far on our Greek travels is an asset to this hotel. Views, breakfast trays personnel served to you room, location, even asking what we were up to for the day and if we...

Of all the B&B's and boutique hotels in which I've stayed over the years, this one is the most beautifully situated (on a cliff overlooking the caldera in Fira, Santorini, Greece) and handsomely appointed: simple, tasteful, comfortable. And the views from one's room or the adjoining terrace are absolutely spectacular. Exceptionally well run and maintained, with a cordial staff --...

This is equivalent to a reasonable price and quality hotel, clean and tidy room, located on the top floor of the room in front of a private seating area can enjoy the volcano view and a hearty breakfast! Staff friendly and eager to help! But the only drawback was our room bed, it'd made some noise and made me feel...

Had we known to ask for upper level rooms with views we would have done so. First floor has no views, is noisy and do not get dark. The room itself was large and spacy, but had dated furniture, although linen was clean. The bathroom was not a good design at all and the shower sprayed water everywhere, with a...

We had wonderful 5 night stay here in a caldera view room. We were welcomed by Constantina and given a run down on the island with maps and recommended places to eat etc. She also confirmed our airport transfer for our departure. Rooms are large and the hotel couldn't be better located right in the heart of Fira without lots...

As a taxi took my mom and I to our hotel, we were accompanied with a few strangers along the ride. Each of them getting dropped off at not so "Santorinish" destinations. We became concerned as the island didn't look that pretty. But as the driver drove us to our hotel in Fira, we soon recognized the beauty. As most...

We arrived by ferry, and took a taxi to the hotel, which cost approximately 16 euro and took 20 minutes. When we arrived, Konstantina greeted us and gave us a fantastic crash course on the island, including recommended restaurants and attractions. She showed us to our room, which was on the main floor, and unfortunately didn't have a view of...

Boutique design, center location and quality rooms for this small and cosy B&B. Conveniently close to all banks, taxis, bus station and with magnificent view, is a definite choice for a few days in Santorini. Just 9 rooms, bathtubs, sofas, metal frame beds, an outside refreshing hot tub (summer) with view for six people and excellent views, this hotel has to be booked as earlier as possible, due to limited room availability.
