This little gem has friendly management and staff, and the amenities are a bargain at today's rates. We are glad we found the Super 8, and we will return. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast fully adequate, and the coffee was always available.
Wasn’t sure about staying in a motel but this was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Big comfy bed and nice and quiet. Felt safe and secure. Simple breakfast options but great quality. Good location.
Very simple hotel. No frill. Close to everything. Had 2 floors. We stayed on the second floor and had a room with 2 double beds. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast simple but could be better. Would stay again for a quick weekend.
This is a regular Super 8. Nothing fancy or special. Very clean. Nice furniture. Very small four table breakfast area. Debated between three and four stars but can’t really justify four. Breakfast was typical for this price range with yogurt, make your own waffles, Jimmy Dean microwave “egg mcmuffins”, packaged pastries, and cereal. No fruit. The hotel requires masks to be worn inside with most guests ignoring this but the staff fully masked. It does have daily room housekeeping service unlike many others. Would stay here again. Very near the NY Thruway so noisy outside but didn’t notice inside. About a mile or so from a major grocery store. Gas nearby. A wonderful restaurant, the Nyack Diner, was very close. Not the greatest area to be in, but the hotel and parking lot felt safe enough.…
Very comfortable and very good breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is respectful and helpful. The bathroom is clean. The internet is also very good. The location is very close to my job.
We had a clean room, friendly and accommodating staff/manager. We needed to make a last minute reservation due to some unforeseen circumstances and they made it a simple transaction. We had to leave our RV in their parking lot the next day and it remained safely parked until we were able to pick it up.
This hotel has no privacy for rooms facing the street. The heater was broken and staff not helpful. Walls were like paper and guests above kept us awake until 1am. Bad choice and very overpriced. Complaining to staff got me nowhere.
Maybe we got lucky since other reviewers complained about noise but, our room was on the 2nd floor and we didn't hear anything. Thank you for offering smoking rooms! There are more than a few Hotel chains that offer smoking rooms & more often than not--these rooms are not as big, as clean, or as furnished as non-smoking rooms. This was not the case here, our room was very clean, had every amenity we needed, spacious and again..Quiet. *They don't have a separate lot for truck parking so call ahead to see if there is space in the shared parking lot.* Lastly, the gentleman at the Front Desk was professional, kind & went out of his way to help another guest by taking her belongings up to her room for her. As Frank Burns from M*A*S*H said.."It's nice to be nice to the nice" 😉
The property was recently remodeled and is in wonderful shape. the staff is rude and does not do the property Justice. Attitude and friendliness does not cost any more than being rude and insensitive. A smile is free but it's worth a lot. Just across the bridge from White plains it's close to everything without the additional expense.
very noisy at night and in the early morning hours before 6am. If you have more than 1 person in the room staying with you and if you are staying for more than 1 days they don't have additional wash cloth to provide, Once you make the front desk agent aware of any issue they responded very nicely to let you know that the matter will be taken care of and it was never done!
