Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is clean and well put together. The beds are comfortable and the nights are quiet. Hotel Staff were all nice and very helpful. The night clerk is very nice, I watched her check folks in, tidy the coffee station and mop without missing a beat. My family and I will return when we are in the area.

Located at 110 Jack Murphy Blvd. this location is fairly new. The building and rooms are super clean and well kept. I did mention this to the staff and their response was “we have a great crew that takes pride in their work”- and it shows. This is easily the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed in .
While it’s a simple layout it does exactly what it’s supposed to do: provides the guest with a clean, comfortable atmosphere and a good nights sleep.
There are nice amenities here such as smart TV’s , well appointed Lobby, filtered water for refills, pool, fitness room and our room which was ADA compliant had electronic activated shades. Bathrooms were spotless without the wear and tear you see in other places and without the ugly emergency caulk repairs you see in other places.
All in all , I would highly recommend this location . Did I mention it’s super clean?
One tip; if you are staying through the weekend a lot of smaller privately owned businesses are closed on Sundays , so plan ahead if you’re hoping for a particular meal or shop.

Highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone traveling the I-86 corridor. The staff were absolutely amazing and worked extremely hard to continually disinfect the common areas and high touch point areas. Our room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Pool was open (just had to reserve a time slot), and breakfast in the morning was plentiful.

There are hundreds of these Hampton Inns across the country and you pay a premium because you expect consistency of service delivery. I’ve stayed in dozens over the past year and this one seems like all the others, which is fine. But not to be able to connect to the wifi in your room and being asked to go downstairs to connect in the lobby is just unacceptable today. A phone connects ok but not a laptop. And Guest Services says this is a known problem - so why hasn’t it been fixed? For a hotel that specifically caters for business travellers, this is a big negative. Everything else is as you’d expect - fine. But please - fix your WiFi.

First of all this hotel is just over a year old, so with that in mind anything is new. Adding to this Hampton experience is a fantastic staff very friendly and accommodating. The entire establishment was spotless so a tip of the cap to housekeeping plus the grounds maintenance staff. Another BIG plus was the breakfast area. First of all it is large so your not bumping into other guest, there also is plenty of seating. The breakfast itself was above board to other hotels that I have recently stayed. The scrambled eggs plus the sausage were excellent. The Kiwi/Strawberry flavored water was a very nice touch. And the breakfast muffins were great!
Though its been awhile the only other Hampton that I have stayed in that top this experience was the one in DuBois Pa. The reason being: Monday-Thursday they had a great Happy Hour that was included in your stay! No reason to go out for dinner!! Sure hope the management in Olean reads this! Anyway, if you are going to be in the area I would highly recommend staying here!

What a gem although only open a little over a year. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were large and the beds really comfortable. I am a lite sleeper and the room was well insulated from noise and very peaceful. We had traveled to the area for our grandsons collegiate soccer game at the local university. The team had also stayed at this property the night before the game. I asked him what he thought of the room and he said the room was good but the shower was really nice. And he was correct, the shower was nice. We would stay there again if the need arises.

The breakfast was delightful and included in the price. Front desk was friendly and we enjoyed the colorful touches of whimsy in the room. However, nobody told us that they would not make your bed or take away trash or enter your room unless you requested it by 10:00 in the morning so we arrived back after 12 hours to find the room in the same disarray that we had left it. That was disappointing. When we arrived in the room, the closet door was off its track and could not be opened or closed over the bathroom. It was a barn door arrangement which we found fascinating. The assistant manager came up very promptly and fixed the door. We liked the walk-in shower. Didn't care too much for the very shallow, modern sink with the short faucet that splattered everywhere when you turned it on. Overall it was a good experience except for the lack of information about the room upkeep. The places new and clean and we would probably choose to stay here again.

The guest family on the higher level probably has small children. A lot of stomping on the floor both at night and in early morning. I can’t blame the hotel for this except I wished the hotel would consider putting such families on the first floor when possible. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel is clean, well kept, a d staff are friendly. Hot breakfast. Conveniently located. I would recommend to anyone passing the area or visiting. Being a hilton hotel, you can use your phone for digital key, TV remote control, and check in/check out right on your phone.

I loved everything about this Hampton. It’s brand new, and I love the new design of huge walk-in shower, no bathtub (we’ve been finding that more and more). Big room, big bathroom with lots of shelf space, comfortable bed, great shower, wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
