Stayed while visiting family in the area. The front desk staff could definitely be more personable. We were not greeted as gold members and were not asked about our room preference. We had a room on the first floor, which ended up being fine as the black out curtains worked well and there was not a lot of noise. The fridge was good to store cold drinks. The breakfast was decent with a couple of hot options and the person working breakfast was really friendly and kept things clean. Extra points for quality coffee. Great location across the street from St Bonaventure; there is a walking trail that goes by the river.

I have greatly enjoyed my stay, thus far at this hotel. It is immaculately clean and well-maintained. It has some dated features, but all is operational and fully functional. Rooms are also larger than my recent TownePlace and Residence Inn studio suites. Also, complimentary niceties such as lotions, hand sanitizer, make-up remover, bicycles, and even ice scrapers were excellent touches to enhance my stay. Rodney DeFiore (GM) runs a great property and provides impeccable service.

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from St. Bonaventure. We were upgraded to a king suite, so we had a sitting room with a door that did actually block the sound of the tv. The bed was comfortable, and curtains kept the room very dark. Trivial thing to note, but I was surprised at how soft the towels were compared to other Marriott stays we’ve had!

The room was wonderful and everyone was friendly. The breakfast that was offered was not good at all and nothing was replenished. We opted to go to a local restaurant for breakfast on our second day there. Other then the breakfast - this was a great place to stay.

The room was very large, well laid out, and very clean. The included breakfast was a cut above the usual hotel breakfast. The people at the front desk were pleasant and knowledgeable, and checking in and out was a breeze. We developed car trouble, and the manager graciously allowed us to remain in our room until 1 pm, by which time our car had been repaired. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service. The hotel is in a good location- right across from Saint Bonaventure University. There are several restaurants nearby and a Walmart or Aldi’s if you need to purchase snacks for the room.
We stayed New Years Eve and had requested early check in. We didn’t want to be on the roads too late and wanted to be able to settle in, get dinner, and ring in the New. year. The staff were exceptionally accommodating.
We stayed in a King Suite. The room was much larger than I expected and very nice, very clean and very comfortable. We had 2 televisions, and a decent sized bathroom. Tye bed was very comfortable and there was non noise from traffic or other guests.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent a long weekend as we visited our alma mater, St. Bonaventure University, which is conveniently across the street. The room was spacious and clean, although it had a strong fried-food smell to it, likely from the prior guest. The location is super-convenient for a visit to Olean and Allegany - and we’d definitely stay here again. And to make matters even better, the cost is very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel on May25/24
Front desk agent was very polite and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. We got into the room and it was a nice big room and clean or so i thought. Unpacked and went to go to bed and the bottom sheet had blood stains on it. Went to the front desk and were told the only option was to move rooms. We moved rooms and it was fine. Breakfast in the morning was great Told the front desk agent about the blood and he told me to reach out to the general manager who is quick to respond to customers
10 days have pasted and 2 emails i have sent to him and no response

It was a nice place to stay, clean and quiet. not that this affects the stay but the outside landscaping needs some attention, LOTS of weeds makes it look un-inviting.
The few staff we saw was nice, they were very short staffed, just getting back because of covid 19 restrictions.

Thank you for taking the time to share some feedback about your recent visit. We are glad that you found our hotel clean, especially with the current state of the things. We have taken extra care in making sure our guests feel safe staying with us. We do apologize about the exterior and are putting a better focus on this to make sure our property is inviting. Our continental breakfast is also a work in progress. We have just begun adding items that are easy to grab & go to limit contact with other guests and our staff. Hopefully some day we will be able to safely reopen our buffet for breakfast but for now we are trying our best to offer our guests a safe alternative. Stayed here while on a little roadtrip with my husband. Not a lot going on in Olean, but this property was conveniently located near the highway, very clean, and the staff were great. There was a little more noise than expected and the outdoor areas were quite dark, but nothing that'd keep me from staying at this property again. Solid choice.

I did see EV charging stations. Distance to HV is a little more than 30 minutes
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately we do not have a shuttle. There is a local taxi service but the fee is $75 one way. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
