We found Collinwood because it was halfway along our journey from Canada to Stowe and we wanted to break that trip. On first sight we fell in love with it. Meeting Gerry and Brian and going inside was quite wonderful. We had a very atmospheric night in the house. The rooms are decorated beautifully in the Dark Shadows theme and...

I don't know what the people below are commenting on, but I have been to the Collinwood Inn several times - and this was the first time I was staying in the room; we stayed in the Barnabas room for my birthday and it, by far, is beyond gorgeous. My friend and I had the best time ever. Brian and...

We were there when Oneida was experiencing unusual heat. We had planned on staying a week but ended up being only one night due to heat. Fans were useless. We were sent an email telling us about the heat and that we could reschedule our trip if we wanted. We don't check our email daily and even if we had...

My husband and I recently spent a...

The owners(brian and gerri) of the inn are so friendly and great. We booked 3 nights and from the moment we got there, they made us feel welcome and at home. They were very good to us. As for the dark shadow fans, i definitly would say it's a must visit. Lots of dark shadow memorabilia and the rooms look...

We had a wonderfully relaxing three night stay at the Collinwood Inn. We enjoyed ourselves so much that before we left we made sure to book a stay next month! Brian & Gerri Gray were amazing hosts who made us feel at home from the time we arrived. Breakfast was served each morning in the dining room, which is just...
