For a house built in 1840, it was very quiet, charming, and immaculate. Cindy and Casey are friendly and informative. It was close to everything we wanted to visit; such as; Keuka College, Top of the Lake restaurant, movies, Windmill Market, and the Outlet Trail. A very nice breakfast was served after our one night stay. Cookies and coffee/teas are...

The house reminds me of being at home. Very nice library, living room and sitting area. Although I was there for the Wine and Cheese weekend event, I had time to relax and read which was a nice treat. I felt like I was at home. We received great advice on places to eat for dinner and winery to visit....

The house was perfectly beautiful and we loved the location. The rooms and beds are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. We especially appreciated the helpful information regarding which wineries to visit and the local eateries. We will visit again.

I stayed here for a college reunion in October. My room was spotless as was the entire home. My bed was spectacular. The breakfast was excellent. My hosts were accommodating and very informative about the area. They both are marvelous hosts. I wish I could have spent more time with them. I will return to stay with them again. Bravo!...

I chose this location because I had targeted some Keuka Lake wineries to visit. The location is a short distance from the center of Penn Yan and very accessible to key roads. The home is spectacular and the breakfasts were delicious and creative.
