We rented the guest house with two other couples and biked around Keuka Lake on Saturday and boated on Seneca Lake on Sunday. Had a great time. Breakfast was incredible. We hope to do it again next year.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The Queen Anne style house and its story are charming. Our room-Bessie's room-was quite comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch each morning before the delicious breakfast. We found Gary and Yang to be hospitable and informative, and the location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes.

When we're able to stay at a B&B in a given area, my wife and I do. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and I really researched places to stay while exploring the NY wine country. The Trimmer House has head and shoulders above all the other places I looked. Gary and Yan were gracious hosts and told us...

Spent 3 mid-week nights at the immaculate Trimmer House. Our room was spacious and comfortable and delightfully decorated in a charming Victorian style. Gary and Yang, the inn keepers, were fabulous breakfast cooks and very willing to share their extensive knowledge of the area. The main purpose of our visit was to sample the local wines and Gary helped us...

We stayed three nights at the lovely Trimmer House to explore Keuka Lake. The history of the home is fascinating. Our room was comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. Gary and Yang are willing to share their knowledge of the area to enhance your visit. The buckwheat waffles were the yummiest! Only wish we took advantage of the hot tub.

The Trimmer House is a beautifully appointed period place. It is centrally located in Penn Yan at the top of Keuka Lake. The bathrooms are small, but usable. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nicely prepare and the host and hostess were friendly and helpful. I recommend this place highly.

What a great historic property! In addition to the architectural charm, they offer a delicious breakfast. The fresh blueberry scones were out of this world. The Inn is centrally located and it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. We would certainly stay here again.

Trimmer House is a great place to stay, whether you’re hitting the wine trail, hiking, fishing, or just relaxing. Yang & Gary are very nice, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was good and special request can be made. Location was convenient for us while doing the Kueka Lake BBQ wine trail. Rooms are spotless and comfortable.
