The 1880 House sits beside the Salmon River and is oriented toward fishermen, skiers and anyone visiting the area to use the numerous recreational opportunities. The proprietor, Linda, is warm and gracious. I've stayed here almost a dozen times and never had anything but praise. Linda specializes in making soups and breads, and the food is so good that you...

My wife and I visited Pulaski on a Xcountry skiing trip. We stayed at the 1880 House BnB and were very pleased. The rooms were very nice and the hospitality was outstanding. We will definitely stay @ the 1880 House again. Dave & Nancy Sheffield

I was up in the Upstate New York Tug Hill Region XC skiing before Christmas 2016. I heard about "The 1880 House," in Pulaski NY as a great place to stay from the owners' of the Osceola Ski Center and put it on the list for my next trip. In January 2017, I did stay solo at the 1880 House...

With the river directly beside the B and B, access is easy and very close. The city has put new walkways in on both sides of the river. The basement of the 1880 house has an area for wet waders, and access inside so you can remove your gear inside. Comfy beds, and old Victorian ambiance makes it a pleasant...

We enjoyed our recent visit. Convenient location where a decent restaurant and several other eateries are easy walking distance. This is an enchanting historic home but comfortable. Loved the French onion soup as well. Linda is a great lady, very relaxed. Plus she has a pretty and friendly cat!

We have been coming to the 1880 House for more than a decade now. It remains our #1 choice when we're in the Pulaski, NY area. The accommodations are great, and the service is outstanding. Linda is an amazing host who really does make people feel like their staying at a friend's house. And the hot and hearty soups waiting...

Arrived at the 1880 House for winters sports fun. Given the lack of snow, we had to adjust plans accordingly... The stay was still a success! Near enough to Canada, some NY wineries and natural resources we had a great time. Now about the B&B: our stay included continental breakfast (a full breakfast is also available). If you stay over...

I stayed in the single room for the weekend as I was in town for steelhead fishing. Linda has several kinds of delicious soups waiting for you for your afternoon arrival. A delicious and filling breakfast in the morning. Most of the folks at 1880 House are in town for salmon and steelhead fishing. There is a lot of interesting...

A friend and I came to Pulaski for the legendary Salmon that run this river. I couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. Clean rooms were outfitted with TV's, fans, clean linens, and outdoor access to a large sprawling deck. The owner was a wonderful hostess. Regardless of time of day or night, great food was right at...
