We stayed in the carriage house, the room was beautifully decorated and clean, with all the amenities you need. The entrance area of the carriage house included a small kitchen with table and chairs for the guests use, with refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, etc. Also included were any utensils, plates or glasses you may need. You can also walk up...

My wife and I spent a weekend at WhistleWood Farm Bed and Breakfast in June of this year. What a beautiful, charming, peaceful place to stay. Maggie, the host was amazing and her "Dessert" table was to die for, as were the breakfasts each morning. The farm is so quiet and tranquil. Make sure you feed the chickens in the...

WhistleWood Farm has got to be one of the best getaways & then some if you are in need of some refreshment of the mind and soul. Just 4 hours away from our home and eons away from our stresses is this gorgeous farm & its owner, Maggie. Her hospitality, good taste, and great food comforted our weary souls. This...

We found ourselves visiting Rhinebeck for the second time in 2 years and so we returned to Whistlewood farm. We stayed here once before (sweet violet room is lovely) and we are glad to see it is still such a wonderful, charming escape. All the attention to detail in the decor, the cozy nooks to sip coffee, read or bird...

Very tranquil and the location can't be beat. Great birdwatching from the porch off our room, too. Can't believe there's a better place to stay in Rhinebeck. Maggie is a delightful hostess -- looking forward to coming back again and again!

This was our third visit to Whistlewood farm and again we were not disappointed. Our room was in the carriage house, just down the drive from the main house. Nice, large, very comfortable. This is a great place to stay. It's about five minutes from the center of Rhinebeck where there are many many restaurants and shops. Easy to get...

This b&b is amazing! The decor is beautiful, the rooms are clean and big, and the food is really good. Make sure you're not on a diet when you come here because they have a whole table of freshly baked treats available 24/7, in addition to a full breakfast spread in the morning! I loved waking up to the smell...

My college-age daughter and I stayed here while attending a workshop at nearby Omega Institute. Our room in the Carriage House was beautiful and spacious, with an adjacent kitchen and sitting room. We felt completely welcome in the main house as well--and the farm table that always had muffins, cake, pie and cookies was an added draw! The horses in...

My husband and I have been coming here for many years and never been disappointed. The rooms/beds are comfortable, the decor charming and the tranquility heavenly. Maggie serves a delicious breakfast that can hold you until the late afternoon and if it doesn't there are homemade pies, cakes and cookies to tide you over. The grounds are lovely. Always a...
