We selected the Adelphi hotel for our overnight stop in Saratoga Springs based on the positive feedback of other reviewers. We were not disappointed. What a gorgeous property! Kudos to the team that managed the renovations of this historic property. They kept the wonderful historic details (ohh, the staircase!) while giving it modern touches where appropriate. The attention to detail, little extras and super comfy beds are all wonderful. We had dinner at the bar and loved the sushi (highly recommend). Heated floors in the bathrooms, luxe fixtures, and amenities all add up to a lovely experience. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Saratoga Springs. Staff was super friendly. This is the spot to stay at in Saratoga. No need to grab an Uber as you can walk everywhere. The hotel itself is unique and just beautiful. They have thought through every little detail from oversized counters in the bathroom to place your toiletries to the yummy cookies, snacks and other drinks. There are robes, slippers and plenty of built in cabinets for your items. The experience really is a treat! The only downside to the Adelphi is their breakfast is just mediocre(and we stayed here more than once). I would try and find a local place in town instead.

After staying at the Adelphi several years ago, my wife and I expected our experience to be as good or better than our previous stay. Unfortunately, this experience was well below our expectations. Our room had no air-conditioning or TV service during our first nights stay. This was brought to the attention of the staff who initially told us that the hotel did not subscribe to the TV channels that were giving us an issue and suggested we stream the TV service. However, that information was incorrect. After waiting a while I had to re-contact guest services who had apparently forgotten about our problems with the room. Shortly after that second call engineering came to our room and had to reboot the TV which, gave us access to the channels guest service had stated the hotel does not have.The room cooling issue was not looked into until our second night. To address the coolong issue guest services moved us out of that room to an upgraded suite. Which my wife and I were pleased with until we tried to watch a bit of TV and the same TV issue occured that we had with our original room. There was also an issue with the shower door being difficult to open and close. To make matters worse we were awakened early in the morning by the construction that was going on in the hotel. Apparently our upgraded suite was next door to on going construction. This was my wife's birthday weekend and was not what we'd hoped it would be. …

We stayed for NYE 2021-2022. We chose this location because it was still during the Covid/pandemic times, when alot was closed again in NYS (we traveled from Buffalo). We were SO pleased with this boutique hotel, it was incredibly luxurious, stylish, trendy, and comfortable. We did room service one evening and were thrilled. Absolutely would stay here again!

We were married in Saratoga (not at The Adelphi) in December 2022 and stayed at The Adelphi with our families and close friends. We came from out of town and brought all of our wedding supplies with us. George's valet and bellmen staff were EXCEPTIONAL. They loaded and unloaded countless cars for us and treated us like family coming into the hotel. The front desk staff accommodated every request we had, from early check-ins, to large room service orders. The housekeeping staff was incredible and took such good care of us. We can't wait to come back and stay again. This hotel is beautiful and has every amenity from heated towel racks to the most comfortable beds ever. We were so happy there that we extended our stay an extra day!

We stayed here for our 31st anniversary and it was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. The room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. After we checked in we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our special occasion — such a lovely thoughtful touch. We will be back to celebrate every anniversary here!

I really used to love this hotel. But my most recent experience was terrible and management didn’t seem to care. I booked a room with a 5-piece bathroom and was instead shown to one that only had a shower. Somehow they called this an upgrade. When I called the front desk to ask for the room I booked and paid for they showed me a couple other options, none of which matched the room I paid for. But I settled for one of them only to discover the bath drain didn’t work. To add insult to injury they began loudly moving around the bar furniture at 5am, which is a crazy way to torture your hotel guest. When I complained the next morning they insulted me with a $75 credit. The room was nearly $500 bucks and I simply didn’t get what I paid for. A terrible way to treat your guests.

We booked the Broadway Suite for a few days midweek. The rates are almost double on the weekend. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The room was spacious and the bathroom was elegant. We enjoyed the hotel and the service. Gladly recommend it to others. Its location is the center of town, so great for walking and shopping. Very convenient to everything.

Lovely old hotel. Nice rooms and large bathrooms. Clean. Great staff, friendly and helpful. All that a plus. On the regrettable side there is an open air bar that plays live music on the weekends. It was so loud that the TV could not be heard over the noise. On Friday the music stopped at 11:00pm and on Saturday the music continued past 11:00. This should be disclosed when booking if you are looking for a quiet relaxing evening in your room. Given the music situation I would not recommend or stay there again. I might feel differently if we had been informed about the loud music disturbance up front when booking our stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very nice upon checkin and room was beautiful and large. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat and watch people pass by. I will definitely be back again if I ever pass this way. Wonderful experience overall.
