This was our third time at the Springwater. My husband and I stayed last weekend for the opening of race season. Loved not having to drive anywhere when the town was so busy. Leslie and Lynn are outstanding hostesses. Can't wait to go back in the fall.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, July 18 & 19. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was top notch from the decor to the breakfast as well as the gracious owners. The location was perfect. It was a lovely 15 minute walk to downtown. We will definitely return.

The Springwater Bed and Breakfast is located pretty near downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. Leslie, Lyn and Matthew greet you upon arrival as if you were part of their family. Since we lost our beloved dog Chestnut in 2007, my wife and I have stayed almost exclusively at B & Bs. This one is in our top two. The breakfast...

We frequently choose to stay in a B&B when we travel on family vacations. The Springwater Inn B&B is in a new, beautifully designed building that was purpose-built as a B&B. Everything is CLEAN and QUIET. They have an elevator to the second floor rooms. The rooms are large and use high quality furnishings. The bathroom is spacious and rates...

My friend and I took a spontaneous weekend trip up to Saratoga Springs and were lucky enough to book the last available room at this exceptional B&B. The three generations of family running the hotel warmed my heart, and they were the nicest people you could want to meet. The cutie corgi stared up with beady black eyes from the...

We just returned from our second lovely, tranquil stay at the Springwater B&B. We traveled with our young teenage daughter both visits; the first in January for a ballet audition, the second this past weekend to drop her off for the program. We stayed in the Adirondack Room in January, which is in the Inn -- wood-paneled and cozy, it...

This was a wonderful place to stay for our 4th of July overnight. We stayed in the High Rock Room - beautifully and newly renovated. Gorgeous new bathroom, very comfortable Queen sized bed and a lovely private outdoor porch. No complaints here! The owners of this inn are lovely people and they really made us feel welcomed. There are no...

We stayed three nights and absolutely loved it. Every detail was perfect, and we felt right at home from the start. We came and left by train and the family was willing to meet us and take us back to the station. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom huge: a large bath with spa and a separate shower....lovely! We'd...
