Very good location. Very kind staffs. The Lennin and mattress are very clean and comfortable. I really recommend the motel. I couldn't connect the WIFI. A staff helped me a lot. There are refrigerator and micro oven in the room. Ice cubes are available in the office, but BBQ is not available during winter.

God awful. We needed one night in Saratoga and was traveling with a dog. Location is fine. Place is absolutely disgusting. Upon arrival we see a pest control man dealing with a situation. We see beds being brought out of the room. HUGE red flags. The check in experience was laughable. Staff is overwhelmed and running their business on pen and paper. Nice enough folks but it's just a dump. At check in you can grab a few cold beers but water wasn't available. Rooms didn't have any electrical outlets unless you unplug the TV or the AC unit / window units. Bed sheets are disgusting. We absolutely would have left but were a non refundable or pre paid room and had the dog. Friday night in August is tricky as the horse track brings lots of tourists but you'd be better off sleeping in your car rather than spending money here. I think I paid $280+. GROSS and you should never stay here.

We had to pull two friends out of this motel because their room was infested with cockroaches. They were teaming over the plumbing, and over the carpets. Luckily we were able to bag their luggage and keep it outside overnight while temperatures plumeted to minus 20, and hopefully did not transport any of these critters home. Stay away.

What a Dump! It should be called the "Roach Motel". My husband and I was passing through and eveywhere else was booked up on a Saturday night so we found this motel. We should have stayed in our car, if it wasn't the middle of February🤔 Bed covers has mildew all over it, the mattress has yellow stains all over it, the bathroom is from the 60's and did I mention roaches. Big suckers too. We slept with the light and tv on cause we're creept out.

When I called to reserve 4 nights the man hung up on me. When I called back I asked "did you hang up on me?" and he said "yes, we are extremely busy. Call back tomorrow or don't call back." He hung up on me again. I was flabbergasted.

I made a reservation for the Community Court Motel using the link on the motel's website. My plans were tentative, so I was careful to look for hotels that allowed free cancellation. The reservation page said "If the booking is canceled before 11:30 PM, 7 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge." I made a reservation for two nights, and my confirmation email stated the same cancellation policy. My plans later changed, so I emailed the motel to cancel my reservation, and I reserved a return email confirming my cancellation. This was still 45 days in advance of the reservation. Two months later, I see that I've been charged for the full amount of the reservation. I called the motel to ask for a refund, and they refused. They won't even allow me to send them my confirmation email, which clearly states the cancellation policy. First they said that it was their policy to charge for a single night no matter what. Not only is this contrary to what was written in my confirmation email, but it also doesn't explain why I was charged for both nights. Then they said that cancellations were only free if made 30 days in advance. Again, not only is this explicitly contradicted by my confirmation email, but it also doesn't explain why I was charged after cancelling 45 days in advance. These people have been extremely rude, and they have repeatedly lied to me. It's fraud, pure and simple. Do not visit this place.

Basic 2 star motel in Saratoga Springs, NY. Most people get rooms here for concerts at SPAC or for the racetrack. Not enough parking for everyone, you will be on a side street if you get in late and the lot is full. Side staircase to upper rooms felt like it was going to fall off the building, toilet was clogged for our 3 night stay, well would not flush properly but still worked after they tried to plunge it. Blinds in the room were broken and bent. Nice AC, good water pressure though. Walk to downtown from here. Check in procedure was outdated, still using paperslips to reserve rooms, offered a continental breakfast daily. Again, is what it is, there are a bunch of these type places up and down Broadway as well as the bigger name brand hotels. If you need to just sleep and get to SPAC its very close!
