The Inn is an old-fashioned style hotel, lots of old charm, if you are into that. I AM so it worked for me. Room was large, very clean, bed VERY comfortable. Bathroom was also large and very clean. Suggestion: Put a hook on bathroom wall so guests can hang their toilet kits or a towel or a robe. Only real complaint: Lighting in room needs improvement. I am a senior and good lighting is important to me. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would return. Didn't know the Inn was part of the Stash group so that too was an added plus.

My husband and I had a great overnight stay at the Inn! All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a dinner at the pub with great live entertainment and delicious food. Try the charcuterie board! Breakfast included homemade muffins, cakes and granola plus hot selections for $10/person. King room was large with a beautiful four poster bed that was very comfortable.

We had a bridal shower at the Inn in November 2022 and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful every single thing was for our event. The sales staff (Larissa especially) was the most professional and accommodating group that I have had the pleasure to work with. The food was outstanding, the setting was perfect and the event went off just perfectly. I cannot tell you how many compliments that I received. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. No stress! Thank you, Inn at Saratoga!

I recently stayed at The Inn at Saratoga during a work conference. Yes, the rooms could use and update but, they are spacious and the windows actually open. I'm a cold sleeper so this is a big deal for me. The staff is beyond helpful, welcoming and kind. Someone is doing a great job managing this team. I have to give a shout out to Brett and Purlin. I had been on the road for work for weeks and they went out of their way to meet my specific requests and to make my stay incredible pleasant. The restaurant is quite cheap and the food is wonderful. The restaurant itself is really classic and pretty. I look forward to staying here again in 2023.

Comfortable room on second floor. Elevators made it easy. Close to park and eating venues. Delicious breakfast with homemade pastries and fresh egg dishes. No coffee in room, but in nearby hall. We would stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for a better close to home stay! We were gifted an overnight stay and used it for a close to home birthday retreat. The desk staff were fun, friendly, welcoming and informative. They had great suggestions for activities and food. We were lucky enough to have the dining area to ourselves! The world was just opening back up and the Inn was still relatively empty as people hadn't begun traveling yet. We made an evening of having the dining area to ourselves. The cocktails were superb and the food was delicious, but the best part was being able to dine at a leisurely pace and indulge in wonderful drinks without the worry of getting home. Sitting on the porch after dinner was wonderful! And the rooms were beyond gorgeous! It felt lime a step back in time. We can't wait to plan anothet stay soon!

We stopped in for a cocktail at the bar as it has been on our list to try out. The bartender barely looked up from whatever he was doing. Never greeted us until we asked if they were even open as no one else was at the bar. Even then still no hello, how are you...we tried to engage him at one point and he barely grunted in our general direction. We each had a glass of wine and left as he made zero effort to be pleasant to us or the other patrons. He seemed bothered by everything. Why be in the industry if you aren't even a little bit personable. Quaint place we were looking forward to was a complete flop. Maybe another bartender with a personality will make us change our minds. 🤷‍♀️

I was traveling to Boston from upstate and could only stay for a night unfortunately. The bathroom was extremely large, the room very nice, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by and very grateful for all the vegan food options. I can’t wait to come back with my husband for an extended visit! A wonderful value and a very pleasant surprise. Has such a nice time at the hotel.

I hosted my sister's bridal shower at The Inn at Saratoga yesterday and it could not have been more perfect! The sales manager, Larissa, was fantastic and so attentive during the planning process and throughout the event. She was so easy to work throughout the whole planning process, especially when we had to postpone our event in the beginning of the year due to a personal family matter. They had a wide color variety of linens to choose from and I received so many compliments on the food! We had the brunch buffet which included a TON of food! I highly recommend the spinach ravioli!! It was so nice to not have to worry about setting up/cleaning up for the event, all we had to do was go and put our decorations up! We had our event out in the courtyard (which is a gorgeous hidden gem)! We were originally going to have my sisters shower in their beautiful ballroom but the weather was going to be perfect, so we decided to have it outside. The Inn is also handicap accessible which was perfect for my mom, who uses a wheelchair. Their staff was so attentive and kind, the food and drinks were replenished constantly and they were available if we needed anything at all. I have no complaints at all and hope to be able to host or attend an event here again in the future!
