We have stayed at your motel numerous times this year our room was filthy. But the manager Janice was fantastic she acclimated us and put us in another room. But you honestly need to update your washer and dryer. The dryer has a dryer sheet in the door where it latches and you have to put the garbage can against it to keep the door closed.

Front desk was very helpful ad courteous. The complementary breakfast was great, with lots of hot and cold selections. The lady handling the breakfast spread was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, and the room nice sized.

Through Best Western membership, our one night stay was by far the best price and we did not have to sacrifice quality. The room was very comfortable and clean, WIFI great. Breakfast is very filling and something for everyone, including if you eat gluten-free. We got a late checkout when my work meeting ran over. And then we were able to work in the lobby before heading over to Skidmore tours. We wish we had had a chance to use the pool and the gym!

Spent two nights at this hotel and was disappointed and disgusted with the condition of the room. There was mold in the bathroom and a mildew smell throughout the room. And No Housekeeping unless you request it. Using the excuse of lack of service because of Covid is no longer acceptable. I spent $1,000 for two nights and it was not worth. Best Western Plus should be embarrassed to have their brand on this hotel.

Excellent, well-kept hotel with and extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Includes a hot breakfast which was quite satisfactory. Reasonably priced compared to most of the hotels in Saratoga especially during racing season.

Excellent free breakfast with a wide variety of items (7am-10am). The attendant is right there to cook, refill and cleanup. 5 stars to her. Snacks and ice are available. resturant. The property is so so. Only one mens bathroom off the lobby and it had a lot of traffic. Supposedly beds and room cleanup is provided if requested at check in. The beds are comfy and the towels are large and soft - a plus. The courtesy van was in for repairs two of the free days we were there. It is on Broadway and you will need transportation to downtown or the track.

Chase Travel botched our booking, but Janice completely saved our weekend. We were up for the Dave Matthews Concert and were almost going to have to turn around and go home because Chase never verified the booking with Best Western and tried to blame the hotel for Chase's mistake. Janice fixed everything and was amazingly accommodating, got us both nights, and rescued our mini-vacation. I will absolutely always book directly with the property for now on and would love to see Janice, Williams, and the team commended for how they helped us through the situation. Top notch.

The amenities were in great condition, and the fitness area was quite roomy. The beds were super comfy, and the room was large. The breakfast was very good with both warm and cold servings. There were lots of variety as far as cereals and fruits.

VERY clean! A VERY friendly and informed staff. Made very welcome, and they know the locality well. The breakfast was delicious. It's obvious the staff take their responsibilities very seriously. This is a top-notch hotel, and we will attempt to book here every time we are in Saratoga for ANY reason.
