Location good . The hotel is so worn and musty. Meeting rooms set to 71 and despite requests not changed . Shower wouldn't drain. Room not really clean and old smoke smell. Shout out to Gabriel who was the saving grace of bar restaurant . Hotel needs a major revamp ! I was here for wire but if I paid top rates higher season not worth it .

Hotel's Favourite
We just returned from a one night stay at this hotel. When we checked in the manager was pleasant and welcomed us and had us in our rooms in no time. I did have a problem with the toilet not flushing but I called down and told them I was leaving for dinner and upon my return everything was fixed. When we went down to breakfast at the Bistro the waiter Ricci was beyond expectations. He was at our table before we could even request a refill on coffee or water. If everyone who worked in the service industry was attentive as he there would never be a complaint. The host was also very nice but I did not get his name. Overall I would say that this location was a bargain due to the location, service, staff and price.

Loved staying here but it needs updates decor wise! Right on Broadway so close to shops, bars and restaurants- but still a throwback to the 80’s-90’s. Loved the staff and will definitely return. Saratoga is a fun town!

Decent hotel ...in good shape. Room nice and clean in the heart of the town everything is walkable. Conference food/buffets were very good. Odd part was the parking ..seems like the public gets the very full lot for free and people at the hotel get a $10 charge . Front desk was very helpful.

We attended the NY State Scholastic Chess Championship tournament in March. Needless to say, the City Center connected to the Hilton was packed with people. My son lost one of our bags and it was found and returned to the Hilton Saratoga front desk. I only realized that we were missing the bag until two days after the tournament. I called and Sarah, the wonderful hotel staff, helped us locate the bag. She knew exactly which bag I was referring to and was so friendly and nice. They are keeping it for us until a relative who is passing through town can pick it up in a few days. Although we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, I feel the Hilton chain are all very well managed and have terrific staff. Highly recommend!!

Check in was easy as was check out. You get free water. Beds and pillows were fantastic. The room showed early signs of aging but everything else was great. The breakfast was ok. Eggs were weird. Connected to the convention center so you can’t beat the commute. Very close to many stores and restaurants.

Don't even think of staying here absolutely appalling condition. First of all MOLD everywhere follow by dirty linen, dirty interiors of rooms and bathrooms. Overcharging for no reason as this hotel is a coplete throw back when it comes to everything.
Just stay away if you can, will not come back ever as moldy odor is too strong.

ROTTEN MOLDY HOTEL- Please stay somewhere else if you can, especially if you HAVE children! We were supposed to stay in the hotel for two nights, but we ended up staying for maybe 3 hours as our baby had contracted mold infection so because of this emergency we immediately had to drive back to New York City as soon as possible. We checked in around 11:30 pm and shortly we left because our baby couldnt breathe well due to room having a moust smell like a rotten wood. Everything about this hotel seem to be old and the hotel is a complete throw back in terms of technology. Anyhow, this typical odor can be the first indication of the presence of mold in the environment. Doctor told us that he contracted a backterial or virus infection, and he didnt have that before. MISREPRESENTATION- While this hotel calls its self one of the best in Saratoga, this is s complete lie. Lies, All Lies!! I’m not sure how hotels get rated in this area, but certainly this is not an establishment as it describes on its’ website. Scammers. FRONT DESK- guy working the afternoon shift on Friday (dont remember the name), was super rude, asked him to put us in a different room - he cut me off didnt even let me finish by saying that they are all booked for tonight and tomorrow and he cant do anything about this. Didnt explain anything about the hotel, pool, breakfast etc. it was like 20 seconds check in. Very poorly managed staff. OVERCHARGING their guests- after only 3 hours of staying in their hotel we were changed $700 with some charges that were not even explained to us. Basically, stealing our money for fees that they do not offer or dont exist. SKIP this hotel if you can. Believe me, its not worth your money or time.

We stayed in the “Luxury Suite,” which must be code word for malfunctioning heat, freezing cold room, lights not working, and water-stained bathroom ceiling with peeling paint. Oh, and you’ll be overcharged.

Location is great but hotel is definitely needing a renovation. Bathroom wall outlet was loose enough that it was close to being pulled out when I unplugged the hairdryer. Shower only half -worked for one day and the second day the shower stopped working totally. As a diamond member, I was really disappointed in this hotel.
