Mike and Joe were very hospitable. The accommodations were quaint. ( I slept well.) Close to the Bay and Lake. A refreshing break from the daily grind. The garden was lovely and breakfast was delicious.

Nice Band B in Sodus Point. We did not spend much time there, boating and partying most of the time. Food was good and plentiful. Would have like to had breakfast available a little later, however, that's just us. We like to sleep in on vacation. Joe and Mike are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are large and extremely clean....

Thank you for staying here with us! Sorry if 9:30 is to late for you to come down and enjoy our delicious Breakfasts. We cut Breakfast orders off at 9:30 because it takes time to cook it, and then when you get finished eating, it could possibly be 10:30. We have the kitchen to clean, rooms to clean, laundry to...

We were in the middle of a motorcycle trip and really wanted a good place to spend the night, stretch our legs, and feel like we were part of the community. We got all at Silver...

Great place to stay! Mike and Joe were very warm hearted. My room was modernized enough for comfort, but still had the feel of a home instead of a big box hotel. Walking distance to the bay and some great places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too! The coolest thing was their garden. Very private with many exotic plants! I was...

It was an ideal location...far enough from the nearby downtown summer traffic yet close enough to walk to the marina, dining establishments etc. Owners Mike Novik and Joe Czarnecki are amazing hosts and immediately make you feel at...

We were at Silver Waters last weekend. Mike and Joe were courteous hosts and made us feel welcome. The rooms were attractive and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the conversation with Mike even better. Learned a lot about Sodus Point. Will go back to Silver Waters again.
