We stayed here on our honeymoon road trip of Route 66 that we started in New York. Admittedly it doesn't look great from the outside and the area gives you the wrong impression but room was clean, bathroom was clean with a great shower, had free wifi and service was Great. The girl at checking in was polite and was...

Stayed here one night while driving south to New York City. Pros- Comfortable room Plenty of parking (near our room too) Free breakfast with lots of different options Friendly check in staff Con - wifi was weak in room, had to sit by door of room to get it.

Got a discount rate on Expedia and this was rated 3 stars, so we went for it. Checked into a room where the AC was completely dead and there was probably a 15 watt bulb in bathroom. Furniture was beat. Went immediately down to the front desk to request a different room. Our new room had working AC, sufficient lighting...

We are sorry you had this experience at our hotel. From your explanation of what happened it sounds like you were given a complimentary upgrade to one of our suites. We have several different types of suites available. I hope you give us another chance in the future to wow you. Thanks! Sarah P.

Our family was stuck staying at this hotel because we were late in making reservations for Syracuse Graduation. This hotel is a disgrace. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a Clarion. The first room we were checked into had the most outrageous ODOR and DATED decor..the curtains were literally SHREDDED !!!!..I immediately called the front desk and they moved...

It's nothing fancy, but the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. It allows pets so if your driving through Syracuse and need a place to sleep, it's s good deal. I recommend getting the trip advisor price b/c at $89 final price per night. ..you can't beat it!

The hotel was ok for the price but still a little high. The restaurant on the other hand was atrocious, chef that didn't care and yelled and blamed servers for his mess up. He claims that those that dine no nothing about food, I am a chef that was there for work, I have over 20 years in kitchens. The...

The hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was amazing and very polite. Our room was great. But the restaurant could do with a new chef. The food was awful. We were really disappointed when we sat down to eat. Things were cold and flavorless. Would stay there again for the hotel but would not eat there again...

This may have been a nicer hotel back in the 1970's or 80's but since it hasn't kept up with the times, it feels really outdated. Everything was in need of an upgrade and the carpet in hallways smelled very old and musty. The gym was a joke, they'd be better off to not even have a gym. The service...

The Clarion sleeping experience was fine. It would not be my first choice next time. It is out by itself. Go elsewhere for breakfast. The egg patty was unrecognizable, the juice unknown, but yoghurt was yoghurt. Add some decent egg and juice and at least the basics are recognizable. Staff in restaurant the nite before were pleasant. Free parking and...

Rooms= O.K breakfast isn't worth eating. The GYM, if you can call it that. Wow. Get some equipment. Doesn't work probable because its from 1989. Beds are nice but that's about it. I'd stay here again if the price is right
