Stefania, Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Your cooking was wonderful....yea on the cranberry scones! Your knowledge of the Inn was so interesting and loving. We have a wonderful sister, mother memory at your home. We loved the peaceful and relaxing feeling! The room was kept clean and felt very authentic for it's era. The location worked well for us...

Located on the 23A between Tannersville (closer despite the address) and Hunter this inn has a dark and victorian feel to it. The rooms are large and comfortable but the walls are thin and the plumbing is very noisy. The breakfasts are excellent and if you are looking to stay in the Catskills this isn't a bad choice

I'm having a hard time understanding the high ratings for this place. The hostess wasn't rude, but certainly was not at all welcoming. She seemed annoyed that we were checking in and wasn't at all interested in helping us find things to do in the area. There were about 20 dead wasps in our room and the swimming pool with...

I'm sorry to hear that you found the Washington Irving Inn to be less than excellent in spite of our reputation for excellence. It always pains me when guests do not have the hospitality experience they are expecting.I'msorry Iwasn't at my best during your visit,i had undergone surgery two weeks before, which may have caused me to be distracted. As for the...

Stayed at the Washington irving Inn while attending the internaitonal Celtic Festival at Hunter Montain. Clean, cozy accomodations, with a great porch for sitting and reading, a wonderfully stocked library, and a clean pool. The breakfast was amazing - make sure you get the pancakes! Perfect location - two miles from Hunter Mountain and one mile from the funky little...

The inn is located in a scenic, bucolic area of New York State. It is well maintained. We took over the entire facility because our daughter's wedding event was nearby. Some of our family and friends stayed at this charming, beautiful inn. Stephanie, the proprietor, became one of the family. She was very helpful (we used the caterers and florist...

We stayed there for 3 nights at the end of July. The room was extramely clean, the breakfast was very delicious. Our 4-year-old especially enjoyed the pool, which is a nice plus for us family with small children. We loved the decor too, it's something you definitely not gonna find in hotels, a bit of more homy style. There comes...

Our company decided to have spring summit at the Inn for 10 days. The place is really cozy and welcoming. The hostress Stephania makes you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Also, the food is home made and the best word to describe it is amazing. Washington Inn is a very specific place. If you...

My husband and I spend many 2 day excursions at this lovely bed and breakfast. The Innkeeper, Stephanie, is wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We brought our 9 month old daughter with us on one trip and it was extremely pleasant. The inn is cozy and quiet and we highly recommend it if you and your family...
