Our room located in the Putnam building was a distance from the check in area. The hotel grounds and gardens are beautiful but be prepared to...

Upon arrival you have to go through a winding road to the top of a hill to the registration area....

The grounds were beautiful, as were some of the open rooms on the first floor for events. The location is central to events in Tarrytown and Sleepy...

For our 44th anniversary we did our first trip to the Hudson River Valley, for a one week stay. We visited Tarrytown, Poughkeepsie, and Kingston. We chose the Tarrytown House Estate on the Hudson, because we have stayed at many historical properties. The nicest part of Tarrytown House are the lovely grounds, with beautiful landscaping and sculptures. The Estate is...

Wonderful huge place with several manor like houses in a park setting. I was there for a conference and had a very small but nicely decorated room overlooking the pool area. Restaurant could use a mak over ti become more updated both in decoration and menu. Service is very nice. Surroundings are beautiful. Nice getaway for a weekend out of...

The grounds and views of the Tarrytown House are exquisite. As you drive up the entrance to the property you know you are in for a treat. It is breathtaking. And breathtaking in other ways. 1. If you have trouble walking or get winded or have any ailment limiting your mobility do NOT come here. The hotel has long long...
