The worst place and impossible to reach out to to get a copy of invoice. Terrible. Stay away from this place. Hotel is dark and dusty. No facilities apart from the cooper mills and a filthy gym. I have now been for more than 30 min on the phone listening to their stupid messages to try to get to someone to give me a copy of my receipt. Unbelievable.
We set up a guest room block for 20 guests and we were all very happy. My husband & stayed 2 nights for my wedding, June 10th, 2022-June 12, 2022. Deirdra at the front desk worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of & that all the guest gift bags were organized. Michael Valle worked so hard to set up my room block & keep me informed. He always replied to my inquires fast. He deserves a raise for his excellent work. We arranged breakfast in a private room for our overnight guests which was excellent. Maria Izquierdo also provided excellent customer service in setting up our reservation for our post wedding breakfast at Cooper's Mill. Breakfast: It was buffet style, but excellent. Very clean & lots of options. From Blueberry blitzes!!! to scrambled eggs, pancakes to bagels & creamcheese to gluten free yogurt & fruit. Room: Our king size room on 7th floor we were very happy in. There was an extra chaise couch we didn't even need, but nice to have it if someone extra was there. Also, air-conditioning very strong. A quiet pleasant stay! (side note: Our room didn't have a refigerator, but we heard some of the other rooms did, Did not bother us. just FYI for guests.) All our wedding guests were happy. Marriott is definitely still a safe choice for travelers. Thank you Marriott for making my wedding weekend so wonderful!…
I went for a work event on Saturday the 21st, everything was stunning and it was a wonderful time. At some point I lost my wedding, however one of the bathroom attendants Amirys took the time to help me find it, she was so sweet and attentive, all the staff I came across was
What an excellent experience from the check in with Hudsona greeting us with a warm welcome and information to our comfortable, clean room which was feather free as requested. The delicious cookies and hot cider in the lobby are a good amenity. The concierge lounge was pleasant and well staffed by Guy Louissant. The other efficient, helpful staff with whom we dealt are: Nigel, Gladys, Altagracias, housekeeping and Nicholas, engineering.
My family was staying at the hotel and we had dinner Saturday night. I can say that coppers has the best food in town and the best, caring, attentive and amazing people working there. We were so happy because we finally met chef Bradley Freckleton, he was walking around the dining room, making sure everyone was enjoying the moment. He was so attentive to each table. He takes coopers to another level. An outstanding chef!!! Maria the restaurant manager she was amazing as always, she came to our table making sure the food and drinks were to the perfection. She is an outstanding manager with high standards of F&B. The servers were amazing Guillermo, Randy and a lady that I don’t remember her name made of our dining experience to a different level. I’m from Dobbs Ferry and I love to come to Coppers Mill.…
The property is far from new but much better than some reviews have portrayed. My wife and I had a long term 7 night stay and certainly got the chance to know the property. I am a Titanium guest and was placed on the 10th floor (room 1002) which has a small balcony. Floors 9 & 10 are on the concierge level. The club room was open Monday to Friday evening with light fare (including a hot breakfast) and an honor bar. The room was cleaned daily with no questions asked. The workout room is top shelf with Peloton bikes and treads as well as free weights and a lot of other equipment. The staff during all encounters was friendly and helpful. So why not five stars. The property is not new, but not falling down or in disrepair either. The pool area in the center of the build is closed indefinitely. Our room had a bit of a smell. These deficiencies in my view are offset by a reasonable room rate (these days) and the quality of the staff.…
Stayed here for a wedding and the place is definitely worn down. Not sure why the wedding block has people all over the hotel. Dust on fixtures, bathroom shower gel smelled like something I'd use to scrub floors at home. Outdated lobby, unfriendly front desk. I asked for some extra towels and received towels that were supposedly white but looked like they had been used to wash a car! Stay somewhere else.
This place is disgusting please avoid at all costs. The property is worn and dated as other reviews have pointed out. The room smells like a cheap public bathroom. The ceiling was cracked and stained. Our daughters room was covered in dust and debris. The door stopper was a red washcloth. See photos. We saw some wedding parties checking in and if you are planning a wedding avoid this property. Shame on Marriott for keeping this property.
Checked in late, and unfortunately there were limited parking spots. Felt a little uncomfortable walking from back of hotel to the main entrance because the lighting wasn’t the best. Room had a nice clean smell and was welcoming and comfortable. There were some small stains on the sofa, but otherwise very clean. Gym was very nice and over sized. Location was close to Highway
I was disappointed that the block of rooms for the guests at the family wedding we attended was not together. Everyone seemed to be on a different floor. The place has very poor signage to help you find it when getting off the main road. Our room was OK. Not great lighting near the mirrors. No fridge. Bed super comfortable. Could not get our room key to let us into the pool. Coffee in the lobby was crazy expensive! Lobby full of seating areas, all containing ugly and uncomfortable furniture.
