This is a no-frills hotel but good value. The rooms were very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast consists of pastries and cereals, juice and coffee...not luxury but substantial enough to start your day. The rooms are very quiet. Even those it's very close to the highway I never hears any noise from the road or...

Thank you for your comments. We offer comfortable accommodation's on a budget, thereby delivering a "good value" for the money for our guests. I welcome all guest comments, the good I share with the staff as a moral booster, the bad are welcome constructive criticism and a driver for trying harder to deliver quality accommodation's. Sincerely, Michael Ucci GM

The employees were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and dark at night- always a plus. I have no complaints about our stay here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were small and outdated. They still have tube tv's. We didn't have an iron. They only put a thin duvet type blanket with 2 sheets and only 3 pillows. The beds are so old you could feel the springs. The towels are tiny and thin also. The...

This hotel is convenient to shopping areas via the I-290 highway and is itself just off the highway, via Delaware and Crestmount. Nothing fancy but rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are wonder. You get a good nights sleep. Plenty of free parking .No elevator, only 2 easy flights of stairs. There is a breakfast. to start your...

Stayed a weekend night during a concert in Buffalo. Relatively close to Buffalo, Niagara Falls and the Outlet Mall. Friendly staff. Small rooms which were expected. Very clean. Good parking. Lots of dining options east on 290 at the next exit (1 mile). Excellent value for money. Would stay there again.

First impression on driving in was that I was at a "new" establishment. The signage looks temporary, and I thought that I had mistakenly driven into a condo/apartment complex at first. The rooms are small and very dated. Felt like I was at a Motel 6 (and I haven't been in one since the 80s). However, the rooms are clean,...

I have stayed here many times since my last review several years ago. I just stayed there 9/9/15 and 9/10/15. All travelers know that lodgings can change overnight. This hotel has not changed at all. The parking lot is large, well lighted and carefully maintained. The rooms and hallways are clean and quiet. There are no barking, biting dogs or...

Stayed several nights here and have no complaints. This was a Microtel so the rooms are small, about half the size of a chain hotel. It was OK by me, because the space is very efficient. The AC was cold, the room was clean, the water was plentiful and hot, the bed was comfy. For 51 dollars a night, it...

The hotel was conveniently located. Wi-Fi was fast and free. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well decorated and clean. The breakfast itself was good, but there was no room at all to eat. Which was kind of awkward, since a lot of people had to stand in the hallway, eating their breakfast. After all, had a good...

Nice and clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Located Off the main road, so nice and quiet location. We called with last minute reservations and we're able to get two rooms. We will stay again when in the area.
