My family and I went up for a wkend at the end of April 2017. Excellent rates to start with we stayed in the lake cottage. I must say it's location is an ideal location, you get the camping outdoors experience but still have the close ability of the city if Ithaca if you had a reason to step out....

I live in NY and don't really have much time to travel outside of state. We booked our weekend at Kingtown Beach, and it was absolutely our families little get away! My husband and I, my sister her husband, and 4 children combined were accommodated to a tee! Kids from ages 4-15 were completely in awe. I would definitely recommend...

My boyfriend and I found this place last minute on our trip to the Finger Lakes and I'm so glad we did, it made my Birthday weekend! It was the perfect place to come back to after exploring all day, super relaxing and cozy. I love that it was tucked back away by the lake, it was so nice and...

We had our wedding the weekend of October 1st. We had friends and family from all across the country come for the wedding. I needed a place that would accommodate such a large crowd. This place definitely did. I rented the whole spot for the weekend (8 cabins, 2 yurts, a lakehouse and the owners cottage). It was absolutely perfect!...

Had a really great experience. Three families stayed in the lake house which provided plenty of space. House right on the water with plenty of room for my boat and three jet skis to be docked. Staff was great. Wasn't bothersome and anytime I needed anything they were on it. The rest of my family stayed in cabins on the...

Less then satisfactory stay at Kingstown Cabins Trumansburg,New York. For $850 + for 3 days the water shut off twice and the refrigerator was tepid at best despite being "fixed". When I brought my dissatisfaction to the owners attention he blamed me for things that did NOT happen (confused us with another cabin) and basically told us that is what...

We stayed in the main cabin while our friends with family stayed in the smaller cabins. On day one, we lost water flow. Greg szabo, the owner, was contacted. On day two, a guy shows up and spends an entire day "fixing" the pump. It breaks down shortly after he leaves. This goes on daily until our departure. When it...

After an 8+ hour drive from Portland, Maine to Ithaca, where we were attending our daughter's graduation from Cornell, we arrived to the serenity of Kingtown Beach cottages nestled in the woods high up on the shore of lake Cayuga. After an evening of rest that included a fire next to our cottage with a dry stack of wood provided...

We really enjoyed this place. Quiet. Comfortable, clean. The owners were very accommodating. Had a slip for my boat and it was economical. What more do you want. Granted we did not spend an awful lot of time on premises. We explored gorges & waterfalls most of the time. Reading the other reviews scared me a bit so my 11...

My husband, daughter and myself stayed in cottage #4 the first week in August. My husband loves to fish and checked out the Finger Lakes. He saw this place and on-line it looked nice. When we first got there I wanted to check out the beach, as advertised. First of all the pictures make it appear the cottages are level...
