The reviews were right. We booked here because of the consistent positive reviews, especially for cleanliness and for the staff being friendly and helpful. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly everyday. Jaemone was 100 honest service with a smile. Other associates during our stay, Ryan and Rowland, were wonderful, friendly, and helpful as well. The only down was that the much of the hot breakfast food was not hot each morning. To be fair, we did not mention that during our stay, so I am not sure if that was a fluke or a constant.

The room was very clean, with a nice little fridge and microwave. I was disappointed with the breakfast and the pillows were pretty sad, but I'd stay again. You can really see the staff is trying their best, and this alone makes you forgive some of the little issues. Hotel staff is so important and they have a great staff at this hotel.

Hotel is clean, convenient and rooms have lots of space. Perfect location a little north of NYC. Stopped on our way to Boston. In a charming town with great restaurants to choose from. Ate at Polpettina around the corner. Little neighborhood Italian restaurant. James at the hotel was so helpful. He served us a drink right before closing for the night. Super friendly and great to talk to. Highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel didn’t meet our expectations. Hallways are filthy and in desperate need of a good vacuuming. My sheets had hair on them, I had to request new ones at 10:00 at night. Yellow water for some unknown reason, our bathroom sink drained poorly so I was able to see the color halfway through brushing my teeth, so that’s nice. By far the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had. Nothing is replenished after running out. Never had hot water. Coffee was scarce. Seating area is ridiculously small, nowhere near enough room to accommodate a hotel of this size. To top it all off, they pack up and take away whatever crumbs are left before it even ends. I’m tired of these Hotels using Covid as an excuse not to offer full services. We were in Florida recently and stayed at several Hilton’s that had full service, it’s a choice.…

A warm nice hotel in great quiet location which started with being greeted by 2 very professional young ladies (Imani & Joe-Mone') that Marriott would be proud to have at any of their JWs . They selected the exact room location I needed. As a Marriott Titanium member I know excellent service. I am already planning my next trip here. Hope you enjoy it as much I did !

I wish I could review the guests as well as the hotel because they would get VERY different rates! The hotel was phenomenal. Clean, updated and spacious rooms. Our AC wasn't working and within 5 minutes of calling the front desk the lovely maintenance worker was up and fixing it. We were impressed with how quickly they responded. Unfortunately the guests above us were extremely loud all night which kept us up. We did call the front desk and it seemed to quiet for a bit. We did not receive housekeeping while there because they only clean every other day which wasn't an issue for us. The second night we began smelling an extremely strong scent of marijuana. Again we called the desk and they informed us many guests had complained and they were looking into it. The smell came and went for the next hour or so and eventually went away. Neither of our issues had anything to do with the hotel directly and we understood they were outside of their control. The breakfast on Monday morning was small but well stocked even when we showed up at 8:30 and it ended at 9am. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The staff was extremely friendly and we constantly saw people cleaning. Overall we were very happy and would stay again if we were back in the area. …

I was a guest at Springhill Suites in Tuckahoe for four nights recently and mistakenly left my laptop charger in the room. I contacted the hotel the morning after I had checked out and was was initially told that the charger had not been found. I followed-up with the General Manager, Gary Byrne who went the extra mile to locate my charger, return it to me, and reimburse me for the cost of a temporary replacement since I had been told the charger was not there and it took a while to locate and retrieve it. Gary showed true concern and integrity at every point in our interaction. With patience and determination he located my charger and fully resolved the situation. He is an asset to Marriott and a gift to SpringHill Suites Tuckahoe guests. Many thanks, Gary!

We stayed here for one week. The location is great, very close to Crestwood train station for the city and the village has some nice restaurants and shops. The rooms were big and spacious. They were cleaned every 2nd day, it was spotless. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the staff were friendly and efficient and there was plenty of parking. Where do I feel it loses a point or two? The walls are thin so you can hear some neighbours. The TV is in an awkward spot. Most people like to lie on the bed and watch it while on a break away, this wasn't possible here and finally the bedroom door was a little heavy and sometimes it didn't shut properly. Once we came back after housekeeping had been and the door was still open. You really had to pull it closed. Overala great hotel and would definitely stay here again. …

This hotel is new, clean, and rooms are huge. I only stayed for two nights, so I can't speak to housekeeping but it was clean on arrival and the staff were very professional. I haven't stayed in a Springhill Suites that didn't have a vinyl couch but this one didn't. There was a lovely West Elm sofa in the room, but it does need to be cleaned. Overall, I recommend this property and would return.
