Requested a single room for 2 people. Room provided was a 2 bedroom, 3 bed with 2 bathrooms. I was charged more for the 2 bedroom so beware when making a reservation. No AC, which was not a problem in the fall. Very dated but clean and mattress was good. Bedroom doorway was very narrow, about 24" wide. Dirt parking lot. New owners are doing renovations, but our room was still original.

After reading reviews i booked and stayed for a night - horrible experience. I could not imagine places like this exist in 2021 America. Also, don't understand who wrote those reviews! Very old construction that has been patched and pained but never renovated. They tried to cover the mold with wall paper and paint but its bulging in the most disgusting way a black mold will do. The window was broken and taped with a package clear tape, but, obviously didn't do the job. The furniture is very old ( no, not antique! rather dirty and scary to be used). I felt violated as a human. Next day for the same price a stayed in gorgeous gulf club in a popular location! This motel needs to be investigated by the health department, dept of consumer affairs and better business bureau. Nasty place!

This motel is good for the value, renovating is work in progress , staff is friendly and accommodating, room was a bit outdated but clean. The room has a kitchenette. What I liked the most was the staff working hard to please their customers!

This place is a throwback of sorts, being one of these places you can't rent online. We had come up here a few months ago and were staying elsewhere when we stumbled upon it. The owner is a wonderful lady, and is as friendly as you can find. Like the title mentions, the place is dated but honestly, the price is incredibly low. The area is beautiful and there's a solid breakfast place across the way. I imagine we will come back here one day.

Rates are very reasonable and this is the first place I look for availability when coming to the Adirondacks. All the suites have a functional kitchen with basic supplies so just bring your food. The bedrooms are comfortable and the running brook out the back is very peaceful.
