We stay here all the time the rooms r great, but they really need to hire more staff check in time is 3 pm and you don't get your room until 6 pm and that is ridiculous. They put a rush on the room and it still takes hours out of the 20 times we have stayed here the room...

I took my daughter to see Scotty McCreery concert at the Turning Stone Resort, I bought the show and room package. I have to say the every employee that I encountered was very polite. A shoutout to Jason at the desk, he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The stay was great. I didn't realize this place was so big. The...

Management response:

Thank you very much for your feedback and our apologies that you did not enjoy the arrangements made by your tour operator. There was an obvious miscommunication between the tour operator and the hotel when you were told that your stay would be complimentary and that you also required a smoking room. If we had known that you needed a...

We spent two nights at the Tower hotel as to be in the same building as the casino for easy access. We traveled with another couple and booked our rooms under the golf package. This gave us discounted rooms as well as discounted golf. We were in rooms 911-912 which had a single access door for both rooms in the...

We recently stayed for one night at The Tower at the Hotel at Turning Stone. Our trip to this property centered around our desire to play 2 of the several golf courses that are part of this property which is owned by a Native American Tribe. The two courses are: Atunyote and Kaluhyat. Both are among the top rated golf...

We just got back from spending two nights at this fabulous Resort. It has everything you could ask for, excellent, first class entertainment, spectacular golf courses, five star dining, and beautiful and comfortable rooms. We are looking forward to booking our next vacation at Turning Stone soon.

This is the old hotel at Turning Stone, not the new Tower hotel. We got off to a bad start as we pulled the car up to the front door of the hotel and were told we couldn't check in there. All check-ins for both hotels have to be at the front desk of the Tower hotel. No at all...

We thank you for your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. When the Tower was completed we combined the front desks of both hotels and relocated it to a newly built resort lobby to expedite and enhance the arrival experience for all of our patrons. As an additional enhancement we offer valet parking as a complimentary amenity....

Went to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and stayed here so we would have stuff to do in the evening. Its about an hour away and an easy drive.
