The room in the Tower was a king room. It was very nice and clean just not as exceptional as I thought it would be. You have a private elevator to the tower that you need your key to operate so it is very safe. The room had a nice bathroom, but my view was of the roof of the...

We decided to take our anniversary trip in this area of upstate NY that we had never visited before. We figured the tower and Lodge were a little out of our budget and decided on the hotel. What a wonderful experience. From the time we arrived we felt pampered and appreciated. The room was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The staff was always...

I have mixed feelings about this hotel because it's very nice on the exterior but then you get inside the rooms and its 2 double beds instead of queen which you get at most other hotels. It's better to get a room by yourself with 1 King and pay more than to share a room with someone and end up...

The hotel was fine, rooms were clean. People checking me in (Jeff) was very nice and accommodating. They do have valet parking (there is a small fee that I had reimbursed when I checked out). With the many restaurants within the property was very convenient for me. I was there as I had business locally and needed to stay over....

Wonderful experience at the hotel. We got there late and had to hustle through the buffet. The food was quite good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very nice place to stay and do little gambling in the casino. The elevators were a little hard to find, but I would definitely stay here again.

It took a while for our room to be ready. Then when we got here it smelled horrible of smoke. We did ask for non smoking. But nothing was available.they put a oxidizer in the room. Didn't help! At least they tried. We stayed in the hotel & you can tell it's starting to get a little worn out, needs...

I had been to Turning Stone a number of times in the past and had never experienced the issues I had my last visit. I had organized a gathering for my wife and I and four other family members for the weekend. We had made reservations for a package which included tickets for the show, well in advance (I was...

So, that means that I would not ordinarily rate this a 5. I stayed at the Turning Stone for one night to attend a conference. I think that casinos are sleazy and really was reluctant to go. But, this place won me over. The whole place seemed extremely clean. The gambling for the most part was not 'in your face.'...
