I was at Turning Stone for a conference for work. It is a fairly depressing location for a conference (think lots of people who probably shouldn't have been at a casino spending lots of time here). The restaurants were mediocre and the service was poor. My non-smoking room had clearly been recently smoked in. Water pressure was low. Shower was... More

We stayed two nights in The Tower at Turning Stone Casino & Resort. The room was very nice but nothing spectacular. We stayed in the Deluxe King room. At home we would have had a free room but this was the first visit to this Casino resort so we paid full price. The room cleaning staff were right on the... More

What had a fabulous time! From the moment we drove up to the tower and the valet took the cars keys to the moment I called to get our car when it was time to leave, every employee we came in contact with was exceptional. Our room was very clean, comfortable and richly decorated. The food was delicious and our... More

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful too. It's nice to be able to go right downstairs to the pub fit a drink and happy hour, the awesome dinner buffet or to a romantic dinner at the nice restaurant near the Emerald and bakery. Many different types of clubs/... More

As soon as we walked up to the front desk, the we had a great reception, very friendly, and helpful. The room was very nice, great beds, very clean and well worth the money. Our room was on the 9th floor which gave us a outstanding view of the county side. The hotel was full the night we stayed, but... More

Turning Stone is an interesting place. A huge tower in the middle of nowhere. I don't go to casinos for the obvious, I go there for conferences that happen to be there. Turning Stone is no different. As a conference venue and hotel it is quite nice. My room was large with a comfortable bed and a *GREAT* bathroom. Bathrooms... More

Pleasant surprise to have a renovated tower room recently. Made the stay seem special. Here are some photos to show renovation 2016. Much attention to design and detail: Stickley furniture, coffee cups from France, white brown and turquoise color scheme makes it feel very clean and earthy. This is a nice hotel / resort / casino. It is a popular... More

I stayed here 1 night for a business meeting. The hotel room was pretty average. It was very clean, although I was only in the room for about 6 hours. Like many hotels associated with casinos, the corridors are very long, so be prepared for a hike. The event/meeting staff is first rate.

Beautiful clean room. We have been staying in the hotel, and I have no idea why! The tower is beautiful and a lot more spacious. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is huge. Nice walk in shower. Ceiling to floor Windows.
