We stayed here overnight while traveling to Lake Placid and we are so glad we did. The beds were some of the best we ever slept in. So comfortable along with great pillows made it the best sleeping experience of our trip. Step in showers, clean large rooms, just a real nice place. Some people complained that smoke drifted up...

We stayed for a weekend. Had a nice room with a view of the surrounding countryside. My only complaint is that the bed pillows were too small for a king size bed. The staff was very nice and the restaurants we ate were were great. Plenty to do besides gamble, although we did some of that too. It felt like...

Just when I thought that The Towers were already fabulous, I returned this past week and its gotten even better! I was offered a hypoallergenic room! They are renovating and this floor has recently been redone. The rooms do not have any carpeting, have an air purifier/ionizer in each room as well as the hall, that is carpeted to keep...

Stayed here on a business trip recently and no complaints. Wifi works great, beds are not too soft which is great. Clean room, floors, bathroom. Clean linen and towels. Love the double-head shower, never seen that anywhere. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from a weekend stay at the tower. Loved the hotel, casino and TS steakhouse. Everything was amazing. My husband and I went up to Cooperstown for hall of fame weekend and decided to stay at the turning stone. We booked our reservation 6 months ago when we knew we were going up. So happy that we decided to...

I was at Turning Stone for a conference for work. It is a fairly depressing location for a conference (think lots of people who probably shouldn't have been at a casino spending lots of time here). The restaurants were mediocre and the service was poor. My non-smoking room had clearly been recently smoked in. Water pressure was low. Shower was...

We stayed two nights in The Tower at Turning Stone Casino & Resort. The room was very nice but nothing spectacular. We stayed in the Deluxe King room. At home we would have had a free room but this was the first visit to this Casino resort so we paid full price. The room cleaning staff were right on the...

What had a fabulous time! From the moment we drove up to the tower and the valet took the cars keys to the moment I called to get our car when it was time to leave, every employee we came in contact with was exceptional. Our room was very clean, comfortable and richly decorated. The food was delicious and our...

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful too. It's nice to be able to go right downstairs to the pub fit a drink and happy hour, the awesome dinner buffet or to a romantic dinner at the nice restaurant near the Emerald and bakery. Many different types of clubs/...

As soon as we walked up to the front desk, the we had a great reception, very friendly, and helpful. The room was very nice, great beds, very clean and well worth the money. Our room was on the 9th floor which gave us a outstanding view of the county side. The hotel was full the night we stayed, but...
