We are a 6 room Bed and Breakfast decorated in the 1850's Hudson Valley period. Our rooms are equipped with Queen beds, private baths, sitting areas, flat screen TV's cable, wifi, A/C and electric fireplaces. Some have large Jacuzzi tubs. We are located on a quiet country road just 5-10 minutes from fine restaurants, wineries, shops, skiing, swimming, the Appalachian trail and a vintage drive in movie. The Inn sits on 10 beautiful acres with a pond, stream and hay field. There are 200 acres across the road for hiking and walking on our country road. We serve fresh eggs every morning from our flock of 50 chickens and ducks. We would love to have you join us on the front porch in one of our relaxing rockers.

Detailed Reviews
Cannot recommend the Inn at Stony Creek enough! Bill and Joe were exceptional hosts from beginning to end. They took great measures to make everyone feel safe during these Covid times, with wearing masks inside, stations of antibacterial wipes throughout the inn, spacing out breakfast times and seatings, as well as spacing out rooms so that you aren't directly next to or across from another guest. Our room was so beautiful and super clean with its own private full bath.
The inn itself is a beautiful victorian home from the 1800's thoughtfully and carefully restored to its natural beauty with a perfect balance of farmhouse and elegant aesthetic. The grounds were the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway weekend from the city, with rolling fields of lush greenery, a small pond with a tranquil fountain, and ample seating options outside to take in the views and sounds of nature.
The town of Warwick is only a 10min drive and boasts lots of cute shops and restaurants. They close down the Main Street at night so that restaurants can spread tables out in the street for a socially distanced sit down meal out. It was the first time my husband and I ate at a restaurant in the past 4 months and we felt very safe and comfortable. It was lovely!
Fun activities nearby include berry picking, farmstands with homemade ice cream, apple cider donuts, and pies, outdoor beer gardens, a drive-in movie theatre, the Appalachian Trail with beautiful nature walks and hikes, and wineries! Highly recommend this perfect spot whether for a quick getaway or extended stay. We will definitely be going back someday!

Let me start by saying that we can’t wait to go back to this lovely B&B. From our room, to the lovely grounds, delicious homemade breakfast, to the hosts, Bill and Joe, who were so friendly and terrific, there is nothing negative we can say. If you have trouble climbing stairs and getting in a jacuzzi tub, I highly recommend the Mt. Adam room. It has a stand alone shower (no tub) and is on the ground level and steps away from where you can park your car. It has an inside sitting area, as well as, your on private patio. It also had a beautiful cool breeze coming in through the sliders and we didn’t even need our air conditioning all weekend. The location is a 10 minute drive to town, and most restaurants, as well as a 7 minute ride to the Warwick Winery. Spanktown Road is a lovely country road and for the most part didn’t have a lot of thru traffic, which made sitting on the front porch nice and peaceful when we came back from dinner at night. I thought this was a lovely part of Warwick and I enjoyed walking down the street to admire the horse farm nearby. Give this Inn a try because you won’t be disappointed 😊

We just got back from a four-night stay at The Inn at Stony Creek. We chose the inn due to its close proximity to a family wedding event at a nearby winery. The inn rooms were very clean and well appointed with antique decorations, and the included breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented with bacon, toast, and fruit. The omelets were simply out of this world! Fresh coffee and cookies were always available during the day and night. The owners, Bill and Joe, are so friendly and welcoming, and attended to any of our needs promptly and with a smile. If we ever return back to the Warwick area, we will definitely book The Inn at Stony Creek again!

What a beautiful location and property.
Couldn’t have asked for anything to make our stay more perfect. Bill and Joe were fabulous hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfast they served on the porch was beyond our expectations and the fresh eggs were an unexpected but delicious surprise.

Our stay at The Inn was wonderful: the hosts, Joe and Bill, are very good at making guests feel at home. The Inn itself is on beautiful grounds, its public areas charming, and the rooms well maintained and very comfortable. The breakfasts were perfectly prepared, and given the opportunity The Inn would be my first choice when I return to the Warwick area to visit again.

The Inn at Stoney Creek is simply perfect for a celebratory get away. The Warwick area has so many places to go and visit! The Inn is charming and beautifully decorated. The house is an old farmhouse that was transformed into a comfortable and very inviting Inn. We stayed in the Appalachian room that had its own private entrance. It was cozy with a very comfortable bed and a jacuzzi for two! The best part of our visit was meeting the innkeepers Bill and Joe. They make you feel as though you knew them for a long time. They are so helpful with planning your day and making sure everything is just perfect. The breakfasts were off the charts. The French toast with homemade challah bread was so delicious. The omelets were made to order and cooked to perfection. Geese, ducks and chickens greet you when you arrive to let you know you are in the country. The grounds are beautifully manicured with a pond and fountain in the back. Many birdhouses adorn this property to add to that country feel. A must is to sit on the front porch with a glass of wine and relax. We will be returning to the Inn in the very near future, it is so worth the trip!

The Inn at Stony Creek was the perfect getaway. We planned on staying one night and extended it to two because we loved it so much. Bill and Joe were welcoming and were happy to make us feel at home. You can truly tell they love to ensure their guests have a great stay. We stayed in the Americana room which was spacious, clean and the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. Breakfast was amazing! We had blueberry pancakes, eggs and Scottish salmon and mushroom and Swiss quiche. The eggs come from chickens in back of the inn. Thank you Bill and Joe for an unforgettable getaway.

Perfect from beginning to end. The Innkeepers did a great job. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Absolutely delicious breakfasts every morning. The place is perfectly decorated in and out which afforded excellent views out every window. The grounds are maintained impeccably making it a nice place to just walk around and sit outside. My wife raved about the place from the second we pulled into the driveway. Happy wife, happy life!

My wife and I stayed here for sadly only 1 night. Everything about this place was terrific. The place was spotless. Antiques were everywhere. The rooms were tasteful. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic. I had banana walnut pancakes that were as good as you can get absolutely anywhere. My wife had an omelet that also was terrific thanks to the fresh eggs that came from their hens. The hosts Bill and Joe were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Bill let us know about a Beach Boys cover band free concert that night and gave us folding chairs to take along. He gave us info on a great hike that we took after we left on out way home. Not a bad word about anything. We will definitely be back and I will be telling all of my friends. You will have a great experience as we did.

The most idyllic setting to immerse yourself in the beauty of Warwick, New York State. Can’t speak more highly of the wonderful Innkeepers, offering true attention to detail and delicious breakfasts. The stunning guesthouse, furnished with antiques offers an experience you’ll be hard pushed to find anywhere else! Staying here gave me new perspective on the wider NY state and would return in a heart beat! The best guest house I’ve ever been to - a true delight! Bill & Joe are the kindest, most approachable innkeepers who welcome you into their home with every intention of making your stay wonderful!
