Larhcen is a very welcoming and gorgeous host. He was always eager to fulfill every wish. He helped us as well with advice and equipment for climbing Toubkal. After we returned from Toubkal his wife cooked delicious tajine and self-baked bread for us. The best were the jellabas (typical Berber clothes) he gave to us after showering to keep warm....

We trekked for three days with Lahcen, who we met on our first day in Imlil at the Bureau des Guides, and stayed at his guest house back in Imlil at the end (Dar Adous). Lahcen was a great guide, who took us on a wonderful tour of three beautiful valleys around Imlil and made sure that we got the...

Arrived by bus, Lahcen was waiting to meet tourists who might need somewhere to stay. It was about a 10/15 min walk through Imlil, out the other side to the next hamlet. Initially had misgivings about not being in centre of town but it was actually perfect. Good rooms with bathrooms, hot water and plenty of blankets. Good communal areas,...

Stayed here for two nights. On arrival in Imlil I had nowhere to stay and was offered in Imlil town to stay in this cosy guesthouse for a good price. It's a 15 min walk from Imlil centre and is very peaceful /local. There are stunning views from the rooftop terrace and it's so relaxing to sit here listening to...

We stayed for 2 nights at this place and were quite suprised how good it is, especially when you consider the price! Lahcen, the owner, and his family are really nice and original people and we were really glad to get to know them. Good bed, good shower, nice breakfast and dinner. All in all a good and cheap choice...

Lahcen and his family were super friendly and welcoming. We immediately felt at home. Without any booking we went to Imlil and met Lahcen at the small café next to where the bus stops. He invited us for tea and then drove us to his guesthouse. It is a bit up the road after the bridge and even a little...

We, a group of four students, had a very enjoyable stay in this hostel. We were received very friendly by Lacshen, the owner. One of the reasons we decided to arrange a trek here, was that Lacshen was very calm, informative, and not too eager to press us into anything, something that is quite rare in Morocco. We arranged to...

We met Lahcen - the owner of the Dar Adous - by chance on the streets of Imlil. We decided to stay at his guesthouse, which is in Ait Souka (10 min by walk to Imlil). It is located on a very quiet spot, so you'll definitely have the opportunity to relax after your hiking adventures. Lahcen - who speaks...

Lachen, the owner, met us at the bus stop down in Imlil and joined us whilst we enjoyed a leisurely coffee. He's very friendly and as a professional guide can give excellent personaised suggestions re walking routes, in English and French. We wanted gentle walks in the valley (casual walkers) and he offered 2 superb suggestions. His advice gave us...

As a group of three, we travelled to Imlil (near Marrakech) to go hiking/climbing in the High Atlas region. While we stopped in Asni (which is between Marrakech and Imlil) to buy some food on the local market, we met Hassan, who gave us a lift to Imlil. On our way, he told us about his family member Lahcen, which...
