Of all the mountain huts I have stayed in over the years, this has to be one of the best. Lovely staff, great situation and AMAZING FOOD! Yes, the place is a little run down, but remember YOURE IN THE MOUNTAINS. There is electricity, showers and a small shop to buy supplies. We stayed there for 5 nights and couldn't...

If you're looking for a place to spend the night and get some rest in order to start heading up to Toubkal pick, this place will just do the trick! It's not a luxurious hotel, but as I said in a place like Toubkal Refuge, Les Mouflons will keep you warm enough.

I was here in October with a group og 17, and we got a room by ourselves. It was however crowded and not very appealing to sleep there, so I spent the night on the roof in a sleeping bag with some of the others. I was totally amazing! The stars, the moon the air. I could totally do the...

We stayed for two nights at the refuge in the camping area. We were traveling with our dog, and the refuge is not pet friendly. They offered for my dog to stay in the entrance, but we were expecting below 0deg nights. Fortunately, we had planned accordingly and brought with us our own tent and sleeping bags. The staff was...

We planned to stay at the refuge for two nights, but after one nightmarish night decided to climb Toubkal and hike to Imlil the same day. When we arrived, a family of four, we were pleased with our room and set up our beds. Shortly after, the man who had encouraged us to rent a private room at a rate...

We stayed for a week in December - it is very basic even for a mountain refuge but the hosts are nice and there were warm(ish) showers. No heating in the rooms but plenty of blankets (bring sleeping bags if winter)

Location and views were amazing, its good we can sit under the sun to rest after a tiring climbing day. There is hot showers which is great but bring a light - as the shower area is dark. Staff were very friendly and attentive - but speak limited English. Knowing some French helps ALOT.Tagine was good. However the rooms, lounge,...

after 2 days trekking in the mountains and after the simple and nice confrontations with locals in the lake of Ifni , the people in the route and the itineraries of the mountains and also after the beautiful moments and food we shared with the shepherds, after all these fascinating moments, we arrived to the Refuge Toubkal Les Mouflons, and...

We arrived around 20:00 and were welcomed by a nice and cheerful team of Les Mouflons, which offered us one of the most delicious chicken tagins we had in Morocco. The house itself has hot showers (especially the one in the middle had a nice hot stream). However, be aware that after 22:00 any hot water and electricty is turned...

We stayed 2 nights whilst trying to summit in the worst weather possible. The mountain was a hailstorm, rain and wind ridden hulk. So to come back into the mouflon was a pleasure. The lounges, dining areas and hot fires were so welcome. The staff were great, helpful and caring. The rooms at night are cold and dark early so...
