The stay at the hotel was really pleasant and good, the rooms, the spa and the public area were clean and well-kept and the meals were varied and delicious It was a great family vacation The view from the room window towards the Dead Sea was spectacular
Very nice rooms, large, plenty of space, good bed and nice pillows, so sleep is excellent, we had also a nice balcony overlooking the Dead Sea. The Lobby is very impressive, all seems big, the check in was quick and efficient, and the room was in the 4th floor. No problem with heights. Food was very plentiful for dinner and for breakfast, nothing can be said about it, and the variety of options and they were also tasty, its true that people swarm early to eat, but if you arrive an hour later, there will plenty to eat and as well nice tables to sit. the Spa is very nice an outside pool that water in the winter will be very cold, but inside there are 4 pools that will be enough to enjoy, with water from the Sea.
Old and needs a renovation and more attention to cleaning. Very simple and basic, we came due to its former owners and past reputation that apparently doesn't stand anymore. SPA area is un welcoming compared to luxury hotels with towels machine.... However, nice location near shopping options and good parking!
Fantastic place to stay Great room comfy beds The hotel has 4 kinds of pools inside plus 1 outside pool The dinner and breakfast was great An outstanding choice of food Would highly recommend it for a detox getaway The staff was always very helpful
Wonderful location. Wonderful staff Food was delicious and in abundance Drawbacks: Run down. Just is very old especially the bathroom The spa is a bit small for the size of the hotel. Despite the cold weather, everything was perfect. All in all a positive experience
I was blessed to be twice in this hotel this month. I enjoyed my stay very much, I felt at home. The meals were excellent, the spa is high level with lots of defrent pools. The spa treatments are very good, we enjoyed it. We will came again soon.
We spent one night there. 6 couples We found the hotel perfect for people like us, coming to tour the area and looking for a good place to eat and sleep The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the dinner was good with a lot of options and breakfast was nothing less than perfect. SPA was very very good. If you are not looking for a hotel on the beach - this is the place for you.
Really needed to find some calm after being in the states for the past few months. When I returned home my husband surprised me with a trip to the Dead Sea for some much needed relaxation. This hotel has some of the best food in all of Israel. The rooms are big and extremely beautiful with a balcony that overlooked the sea. My husband surprised me with a couples massage that was so relaxing g and rejuvenating. I love the Dead Sea skincare products! We brought our tub of Dead Sea mud to rub all over us and floated for hours in the healing waters. One of my favorite places on earth.
In the beginning, we were given an unpleasant room but they soon changed it. In general, the hotel is situated in a very central area of the Dead Sea with terrific views, a great spa with salt water from the Dead Sea and jacuzzi and outdoor pool (although during our visit it was too cold to swim in it), the food was good and plentiful. Generally, a very positive experience.
Great location. Spacious and clean rooms. Check in was slow and kids were disappointed that the pool closed at 4pm and they had no access to other facilities (hot pools are at the spa, limited for 16 and up).
